Preferred pcb in 12th , pcm wasn't that strong- and the human body's intricacies astounded me - so took up MBBS here in AGMC- And all top doctors of all specialities are faculties in this college- they are eloquent and skillful and Give enough time and attention for teaching- 3 internal exams are held in each year- difficulty is easy to moderate : and 1 professional exam at the end of each year
No campus placement - but job opportunities aplenty as most students are trained well enough to be employed in top private and public hospital as junior residents - many others pursue Post graduation after completing mbbs studies
Read Full ReviewI chose this course of course to become a doctor as studying for qualifying neet for 2 years and thus getting qualified for medical college made me choose this course over other courses. The professors are all well qualified with minimal qualification of MD / MS in their respective subjects and their teaching methods are well oriented with come and practical aspects exam pattern is we have 2 internal exams, 1 pre-university and University exam along with part completion tests regularly the fee structure of this college is also affordable
There is no placement facility in medical college we are offered internships after the final year mbbs for 1 year during which we are paid a monthly stipend , after internship one can opt for our own clinic , prepare for pg exam for postgraduate, or a junior resident different hospitals or nursing home
Read Full ReviewI chose MBBS because it was a dream from my school days I also prepared for NEET from my school days. All faculties are qualified well and the facilities in the classrooms are also good. Exams are held every 6 months and difficulty is moderate to difficult.
The college provides internships in the attached hospital itself and salary is 20500 per month after the internship we get a registration certificate by which we can get a job hospital in any hospital in India for government jobs there are vacancies from time to to time and the payment is also good

I found it more interesting when I could study the human body and the related diseases and drug treatments in more detail 2) three internals and one final exam and the paper is moderate 3) fees decrease compared to 1st year

Many of our seniors work in psychology as MO or joint PG students at other colleges or even in the same college. Some work as jr in different institutions like AIIMs, neigrims, MAMC, etc My plans after getting the degree are to pursue higher studies
Read Full ReviewThe course duration is of 5.5 years in which last 1 year is the intership period during which I will be offered a some amount of salary. Faculties are average and scholarship facilities are available based on students family income and category.
The internship periods and opportunities available are there is that its given for a period of 12 months after completion of 4.5 years of medical curriculum and passing all the subjects and then internship is offered .
Read Full ReviewThe professors are well qualified on their subjects and they teach well. The exams are taken based on CBME curriculum and its taken per semester before the final university exam of the said phase and the difficulty level is based on the importance of the subject.
The admission process is via the NEET-UG examination and based on the cut off marks for that year. After the result they give the list of selected students who can come for admission. After the lengthy admission process you can join the college

First it was in my home town , second I had no other option due to my rank and marks , third that's all The whole admission procedure was done in DME tripura website as well as in the DME office which is in Agartala The cut off for ST was 330 , SC around 460 , General 560+ during 2022-2023
Read Full ReviewVery good education in medical field accompanied by early clinical exposure, family adoption program, community Medicine Field Visit, clinical postings, patient exposure etc. Term exams were within 3-4 months.... Question difficulty level was almost similar to University final question paper. Fees is 65k per year (15k hostel fees per year + 2k mess fee every month)
Job opportunities are mainly based on talent... Interns are basically paid around 21-25k/month My plans after getting the degree is doing MD, MS and at last super speciality in any branch (preferably pediatrics)
