Yea after completing the final year we will enter into internship where you will be posted in all clinical departments with a minimum duration of 2 weeks to maximum duration of 3 months. You can learn and assist in various things like suturing, foleys, iv line securing, ryles tube, etc

During internship, we'll be posted in batches covering all the departments. The duration of each posting depends on the department like 6 weeks for major postings like surgery, medicine and 1 or 2 weeks for minor postings like psychiatry, anaesthesia, dermatology, etc

I'm presently in my 2nd year of MBBS so I have not opted for any internship but the internship opportunities available in our college are very good as they have good work timings allowed and good salaries with a good flow of patients which helps them learn better.

Placements is according to our knowledge, no placements are offered by the college u can better pursue postgraduation for a higher salary because an average doctor earns as a fresher is around 25,000 so pursue pg

Doing just UG MBBS is not enough to get a secured job at this time. One must go ahead and do PG as well and take up a specialization to get paid enough. Usually, students write USMLE and go abroad as the opportunities and salary are much more.
