At INR 52,000 each, the one-year diplomas in fields such as Dialysis Technology, CT Scan, Cardiology, Operation Theatre, and X-Ray provide the lowest-cost listed route into paramedical study. BAMS has the highest total fee at INR 10,44,450, in line with Ayurveda courses at private institutions in Uttar Pradesh.

SCPM College Admission Process

Selection depends on the programme. Some courses require an entrance score and state counselling, while others accept applications directly on academic merit. Applicants should first check the academic and age conditions, complete the required entrance examination where applicable, and then participate in counselling or submit an institute-level application.

B.Sc Nursing Admission

The Indian Nursing Council rules apply to B.Sc Nursing admission at SCPM College. NEET UG has been mandatory for entry to INC-approved B.Sc Nursing colleges since 2021. Applicants need at least 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the 10+2 level and must hold a valid NEET UG score.

GNM and ANM Admission

The UP State Medical Faculty manages the merit-based process for the three-year GNM and two-year ANM courses. GNM applicants must have completed 10+2 with English, and PCB is preferred. A Class 10 qualification is required for ANM. Applicants should ask the SCPM admissions office whether NEET UG applies to GNM in the current cycle.

BAMS Admission

A valid NEET UG score is compulsory for BAMS, and the seat is allotted through UP AYUSH counselling. General-category applicants need at least 50% aggregate in PCB at the 10+2 level, while the requirement for reserved categories is 45%. The minimum age is 17 years. Registration on the UP AYUSH portal takes place after the NEET UG results.

B.Pharm and D.Pharm Admission

B.Pharm applicants may enter through JEECUP or, in some admission years, through direct merit at the institute level. D.Pharm selection is based directly on 10+2 marks. Both pharmacy programmes have PCI approval.

Allied Health and Paramedical Admission

Applications for BPT, BMLT, BMRIT, and other allied health courses are assessed directly by the SCPM admissions office on merit. Candidates need 10+2 with PCB and at least 45% aggregate. One-year diplomas in Dialysis, CT Scan, Cardiology Technology, Operation Theatre, and related areas accept applications on a rolling basis during the academic year.

SCPM College Career Outcomes

SCPM College does not run a conventional campus placement programme. Graduates generally seek work in government hospitals, private healthcare organisations, community health centres, laboratories, rehabilitation facilities, pharmacies, or the pharmaceutical sector after clearing the relevant state or national selection examination.

Students completing B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or ANM can apply for nursing recruitment conducted by the UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission. Central recruitment opportunities are also available through AIIMS, ESIC, and the Railways. Private hospital groups in Lucknow, Kanpur, and Delhi recruit nursing graduates from this region.

After BAMS, graduates may compete for government AYUSH officer posts through UP PSC recruitment. They can also work in Ayurvedic hospitals, establish private clinics, or seek admission to MD Ayurveda through AIAPGET.

SCPM College Campus and Infrastructure

SCPM College is situated at Lucknow Road, Haripur, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh 271003. Its attached SCPM Super Specialty Hospital and Trauma Center is the main practical training facility for students of nursing, physiotherapy, paramedical science, and BAMS. Hospital rotations provide experience in medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, and emergency care.

Programme-specific facilities include a pharmacy laboratory, anatomy laboratory, nursing skills laboratory, MLT laboratory, and radiology simulation area. The library provides textbooks and reference resources for the different health science subjects. Separate hostels for boys and girls are located on campus, and accommodation charges can reach INR 78,000 per student each year.
