What I Liked

I like the overall feel in the college our teachers ar very friendly ,helpful .
Our campus is very good transportation is available and very convenient.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the canteen because it is closed almost half a month and opens half.
During rainy season water gets closed in the drans causing it to jam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am persuing bachelor's degree in civil engineering. But our college have other options like mechanical engineering , electrical engineering , computer science engineering. One can choose according to his/her own wish.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a good grip in campasing. From my seniors I came to know that companies like TATA, L&T ,WIPRO ,TCS , COGNIZANT, DELL ,HP , WEBEL and many other companies come to give opportunities to the students. Average package they offer is like 7 lakhs per annum.

Good College for Average budget with good campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course curriculum is followed by MAKAUT university which is a popular govt university in West Bengal. Also lots of training and placement course offered by our college overall it is good college for middle class family students but not best for the rich families they can get more good college than this.

Placement Experience:

Good opportunity was given by our college but high competition in our placement programs. I think they have to more train our students to crack the interview of our placement. But they offer good opportunity if you crack you can get.

What I Liked

Close to Station , so the students can travel easily.
The campus is big and in the town and there is a hospital neraby.

What I didn’t like

At our time there was a generator but that wasn't good enough. Nkw they have a big generator.
College didn't have a good playing area. Now they have one.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 6-7 facilities on each department. As well as the college recently start BBA and BCA. So they are also recruiting many teachers for that also. College has labs and everything. College is affiliated by MAKAUT.

Placement Experience:

Our college didn't do great in 2024. But in 2023 and 2023 college has great placement record. 100% and 93% record. The placement board is backed by techno India. And that comes from asansol engineering college.

There are good fests conducted by our college. A library with different types of books and journals we had in our college There are amenities in classrooms. Sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted by our college. sports like cricket, football, etc we had our own college football and cricket teams there are many clubs like GDSC, GFG, Newton school, coding ninja, etc. Our hostels are so good and comfortable for living food quality and the menu is also good like home-cooked.

I found myself interested in this particular course because I have an interest in computers and technology. We have semesters within every 5 months and mid-semester in every 2-3 months. Teaching methods are very well by our teachers.
