Better having something then nothing

What I Liked

Infrastructure and faculty are good enough to have a good carrier

What I didn’t like

Facility for sports people it has no proper scope for sports and physical activity

Placement Experience:

As of now no placement have started as market is bit critical but my plans is by mid of this year it will all be fyn and then I can have a good opportunity for my carrier to begin as of now I am looking for internships

Good college for introverts

What I Liked

College infrastructure is very good as it is not to old college, faculty is also good, campus life is okay and average as no proper fest is conducted

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure I like , in faculty all are good but some Asst professors teaching is not that good !

Placement Experience:

Now I am a final year student and placement is not up to the mark due to restrictions. Placement training and programs are provided by the college to all branches of students. Last year the highest package was 6 lakh and the package is 2.5 lakhs

Internships Opportunities:

I didn’t attend an internship from college I did outside in various technologies. And about the project 1 final year main project we are doing and upon that IOT mini project we are doing. And faculty will also help you clear any doubts about the project

How college should not be like

What I Liked

The branch which I've chosen is very amazing and the classmates are very cheerful
The ECE faculty. Always supportive towards the development of any idea we come up with. Teaching us whatever it requires to execute our plans

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure could have been better as compared to other colleges around it
Scholarship should be provided as promised atleast for those who deserve it. Also the placements could've been better

Placement Experience:

As of now there are no companies coming to our college. We're being offered call centre jobs. Before it used to be good. The highest was somewhere around 6 Lpa and they average was 3.6lpa. but last year, the highest was just 5.5lpa and average dropped to 2.8 pla. We must acquire a particular technical skill inorder to get placed, whether it can be off campus. Only be is not enough anymore. Internships and project are most important in the academics.

Internships Opportunities:

I've been doing my internship in IISC for an incubated company called yosi technologies. This internship is more about learning and coming up with innovative ideas. There is no stipend for this internship, but it doesn't matter cause I'm able to enhance my skills here, which I probably won't learn in my college.

Gopalan college is one great college to join and study engineering, enjoying the life of student.

What I Liked

Infrastructure, teaching techniques, faculty and their knowledge on the subject, canteen, sports activities

What I didn’t like

They do not conduct fests often which which makes college like boring.

Placement Experience:

We haven’t had much placement recently as the markets are down. But our placement department ensures us to be prepared for the placement but conducting various ups killing programs and events. My plans after my degree are to get placed in an MNC company and make my faculties proud.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, we were offered an internship in data analytics and data sciences. But it wasn’t a stipend-based internship. It was just to improve our knowledge on the mentioned domain which would help us with the placements.
