Reviewing future for other students

What I Liked

Some of the teachers of cse faculty are very good . Dr. Kulvir singh is very nice techer .he is assistant professor in our collge
This college provide good education to the students .very good behaviour of the teachers

What I didn’t like

Some of the faculty are very annoying.they are always in angry state.not talk good with students. Some of the security gaurds are not polite with students
I thing this college have very boring campus life .

Placement Experience:

Placement packages are not so good. After very long time on company comes for the placement that also get only 4 or 5 students . I think there no big scope for placement in this college . But for an average package it is good

Remarks:

This college is government college and only good college in this area . I think one of the best engineering college in malwa area . I did not face any group Discussions , interviews or written test for admission .I’ve got admission based on my 12th exams

I give this review only for educational purposes and this is reality of my College.

What I Liked

The campus is not big this thing is good because it feels like home because I know everyone and everyone knows me and all are supportive to each other staff members and all students also and there is a friendly nature.
And I also like greenery in my college they maintain a good gardens and trees and flowers this thing give me positive vibes and all gate guards are also supportive they follow rules but break only for good things.

What I didn’t like

Hostel wardens cross their limits like they argue with students sometimes and sometimes food problem and there is only one canteen in college and there is too hot weather in summer nothing more than that.
And also I don't like some faculty behaviour because they are rude and teaching in Punjabi but Punjabi is hard for some students which are belongs from Bihar Assam or different states. But

Placement Experience:

Placement are very poor, and companies like Zscaler, and some small companies from Mohali Chandigarh and highest package is 17 lakh, and the average is 3 to 4 lakh. The percentage is 60 is good and my plan is I be a good digital marketer.

Remarks:

There is no test or no criteria, direct admission according to 12 the percentage and just meet eligibility like maths for btech is just enough or in this college there are many courses like BBA, MBA, bcom, bsc and criteria for all are same.

Life at mimit is unbelievable (those 4 years)

What I Liked

The campus life and my friends over there.
The support required from faculty staff on every step

What I didn’t like

Non ac rooms are there so in summer it is difficult
Other is limitations of book issues to per person that is 4 only per month

Placement Experience:

The placement and internship opportunities are quite good in mimit , I have 7 offer letters from the campus placement so you can judge how good is mimit, the tpo is very active with recruiter and all those stuff , the highest package is 18lpa (zscaler) and lowest is 3 lpa

Remarks:

This college have a good environment of study and many MNCs like incture , TCS, mphasis approached to this college for college placement of the students, moreover staff is very supportive and they will help you alot.

my honest review about my college Mimit

What I Liked

teachers very cooperative and provides motivation to students. and optimistic.
the computer labs are very helpful with latest equipments and high speed wifi.

What I didn’t like

the college is more focused on the studies and not towards other activities like fest and functions.
our college have nice parks to sit and study but not have a playgroud to play outdoor games in the college for playground we have to travel.around 700 meters to play cricket and other games

Placement Experience:

in my course, the placements and jobs in the field are quite average. the companies are like startups and service companies arrive every year and provide an average package of 3 to 6lpa Every student can sit in the. placement drive and apply for a job the lower package offered this year is 3 lpa and the max package offered is 6lpa.

Remarks:

I chose Mimit College because this college is the only one that provides B.tech in computer science and engineering in my local area and it is the best and govt college . I did my admission to this college by paying 6000 rs fees and 30 thousand rs semester fees.
