- Some of the teachers of cse faculty are very good . Dr. Kulvir singh is very nice techer .he is assistant professor in our collge
- This college provide good education to the students .very good behaviour of the teachers
Dislikes
- Some of the faculty are very annoying.they are always in angry state.not talk good with students. Some of the security gaurds are not polite with students
- I thing this college have very boring campus life .
Remarks :
This college is government college and only good college in this area . I think one of the best engineering college in malwa area . I did not face any group Discussions , interviews or written test for admission .I’ve got admission based on my 12th exams
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are many courses in our college Btech cse Btech me Btech it Btech ece Bcom Bca Bba Mba These are courses which are available in this college Btech contain 120 seats And all other courses contain 60 seats each
Internships Opportunities :
Ive done one internship.but ive done it off campus . In college internship options are limited .you can only get limited offers .but off campus you freely go for internship. So i prefer off campus internships
Placement Experience :
Placement packages are not so good. After very long time on company comes for the placement that also get only 4 or 5 students . I think there no big scope for placement in this college . But for an average package it is good
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees structure for yearly is 90000 for btech 45000 for per semester Sc have pms scholarship All fees of the sc student paid by the government. This is only for the students who are resident of punjab .
Campus Life :
I this infrastructure of our campus is good but not that good . Somewhere building is looks like old building. Social life is good in this college . Library is one of the good thing in the college. Very big living

Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
