- Faculty is good and understanding. Raises our voice in any matter of concern.
- Campus life is very great, surrounded by nice classmates, good faculty so overall a good experience for me
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not good. Quite old and need a renovation.
- Parking facilities in the college is not good we have to park our vehicles in the main campus.
Remarks :
It is close to my home which was the main reason. Have a affordable fee for a professional Degree. Suitable environment and placement drives is what made me choose this college. A college representative took my personal interview in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had interest in this field which is a mixture of my favourite subject Biology and chemistry. The teaching staff is good and are selected on the basis of both qualifications and teaching ability. Teaching method is mixed, both online seminars and on board teaching. Two mid term exams are conducted before the semester’s final exam.
Internships Opportunities :
yes a training programme is conducted for every batch where they can go in either hospital or a industry for a 30 day training. I went for the industrial training for which i trained in the Biosearch Organics, Kathua.
Placement Experience :
Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee system is semester wise. Approx 90000 can cover all the expense in the year(2 semesters). Government scholarships are available and many students are using the aids. Mostly category scholarships are available which does not require any academic merit.
Campus Life :
The college environment is good. Safe and nice for the students. Various clubs are there according to personal interest . Diversity is there for a good social interactions. Fest and festivals are celebrated on a continuous basis. Library facility is there. Some infrastructure issues are also there .
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar. But hostel facilities are there separately for girls and boys, condition of girls hostel is comparatively better than boys hostel. I have seen the sanitation there which is good. Mess is vegetarian I believe. My home is 10 km far from the college thats the reason why i am not stating in hostel.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Placement Experience :
The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
