My View on Saintgits

What I Liked

I like my college infrastructure , the college have drinking water facilities at each and every blocks
The college have benches which you can relax with your friends

What I didn’t like

Tge amphithreatre is dusty and i dobt like it
There are dogs ,though they are not harmful they are entering classrooms

Placement Experience:

The criteria for placement is that you should have at least a cgpa of 6.5 only then you can attend college placements You can check the websites for more info on companies visited My plans afrer getting the degree is to work abroad

Internships Opportunities:

I currently not opted for any internship but the college provides a Taiwan intership , the company chooses students and provides them with fullyfunded internships. You can visit our site for more info on internships and placements

An honest review from an ordinary student.

What I Liked

Very big campus. Good environment. Plastic free.
The faculty is great. Have lift facilities for students also.

What I didn’t like

More bathroom facilities and better parking facilities.
More break time should be given to the students.

Placement Experience:

For placement students should have a cgpa over 8. They also should have a good communication skills and problem solving skills. But it will also depend on the year you are graduating from, so I can't ensure anything.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't opted for any internship still. But I am going to during my break time. The college gives a lot of opportunities for students to increase their skills. That is one of the main good point that our college have.

What I Liked

THE OVERALL STRUCTURE OF OUR COLLAGE IS VISUALLY PLEASING, THE ATMOSPHERE IS SO CALMING.THE CLASSES ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND OUR CANTEEN HAVE THE BEST BIRIYANI FOR 110 RS SOME FACULTIES ARE LIKE FRIENDS TO US AND SOME JUST LECTURE AND GO
THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS FOR COUPLES TO ENGAGE INSIDE THE CAMPUS ...SO MANY DATING CORNERS NEARBY AND PARKS INSIDE THE CAMPUS BUT NOT SO GOOD FOR SINGLES🙃🚶‍♂️

What I didn’t like

IN OUR COMPUTER LABS HALF OF THE COMPUTERS ARE FOR DISPLAY AND THEY DONT WORK
THE COLLAGE LIBRARY DOES NOT HAVE THE USEFUL LATEST BOOKS AND HENCE ITS HARD TO FIND TEXT TO STUDY

Placement Experience:

There is a decent amount of placenents. Minimum cgpa should be above 8.5 for eligibility. Tcs and other large companies also sometimes come for placememts.Higjest package I think is about 5 lpa and average 2 lpa for beginers.Almost 60 % students gets placed. I want to take some 1 year experience from the placenents given then want to purse robitucs carrer in japan or dubai.

Internships Opportunities:

There are many intership oppurtunities. But they all start from 3 rd semester now we are in the first semester hence no placement or internships. Now we are all just focussing on projects and studies.

I really like the campus life..........

Placement Experience:

Min 5 backlog for attending interviews.. Depending on the company.. The pakages vary form 6 -30 lpa... Manily most of them are placed in a decent company with decent salary....... They provide training for these interview

Internships Opportunities:

Ive done some interships .. In keltron. And phaselabs.. They nice.. And the experience was nice.. It was informative and fun... We've done some projects which gave us the base for basic robots.......

Life in Saintgits

What I Liked

The infrastructure is kinda good in some aspects. Have got some good landscaping and all.
Talking about campus life, my friends circle is mostly the thing that's motivates me to continue here.

What I didn’t like

The faculty is kinda bad as mentioned earlier. They seriously need to recruit teachers who knows what they are teaching.
Not much celebrations or events as expected in a college life.
Talking about campus life. It's kinda strict and the most irritating thing is that you gotta get permission even for some silly thing especially if you are in Computer Science Department.
Another thing is that this college is in a remote location. Travelling to nearby cities without private vehicle is kinda hectic.

Placement Experience:

Currently, the placements offered by the college are really low like most of the other colleges. After the COVID era, placements from college are kinda really bad. Last year the no of students who got placement in the Computer Science Department was under 10.

A Comprehensive Run-Through on ST.GITS

What I Liked

Campus life is great with my friends, the faculty is also very friendly and supportive, they also keep our guardians upto date with out progress
Transportation to and from the college is easy for me as they provide bus service for a wide range of places

Placement Experience:

St.Gits offers a great placement plan, with a lot of big companies offering jobs to aspiring students. some of the major recruiters here are Wipro, Infosys, federal bank and many more companies. you are assured to be eligibe for placement as long as you clear their tests and have cleared all your exams. The average package is around 5 LPA. the placement process starts at third year with internships as well

What I Liked

The college infrastructure is very beautiful and can explore happily around it
The faculties are all very have a friendly behaviour toward students

What I didn’t like

The dislike about the college will be the parking space for students is very poor there especially for students with car it is very difficult for parking cars there
The dislike for college is no lift for some blocks as college has many different blocks for each department

Placement Experience:

All students having above 60 percent in 10 and 12 are eligible for most companies but for top most companies they look for your CGPA above 8. UST GLOBAL, Federal Bank, SAAP, ESSAF 75 percent of students are getting placed. My plan is for higher studies

Internships Opportunities:

I have done my internship in KELTRON company which is run by kerala government and they don't provide stipends. I didn'd do projects there but learned more about python courses like advanced computing and all.

What I Liked

The college infrastructure is very good.
The lab facility provided by the college is way better

The college has low placement in core companies
The curriculum is very tough comparing to other branches

Placement Experience:

There are only a few placements in the Department of Robotics And Automation compared to other branches. We hope the placements will be high in the coming years because of the rise in companies that use robotics systems.

Saintgits College of Engineering - The best place for education

What I Liked

College has a good infrastructure with separate building for each department of engineering
Faculties are very helpful and enthusiastic and they strive their best to provide us with good quality education

What I didn’t like

There is no specific thing in saintgits to dislike
Everyday at saintgits is a good opportunity to grow and there is no drawback I find

Placement Experience:

The placement starts at the end of 3rd year. Companies like Amazon, EY, and Infosys take more than 200 students with an average of 4 Lakhs per annum salary package. Good college with an accurate amount of placement opportunities.

Internships Opportunities:

Many food industries signed moa with our college and offered internships with stipends for several students. From the department of food technology few companies where Royal Malabar Foods, Eastern, Nirapara, etc
