Beyond the Brochure: My Real life experience at BCIPS

What I Liked

The best thing about this college is that it it very much near to the metro station i.e dwarka Sector 11 metro station and the market here is also near of dwarka sector 11. But the market is little far so cannot go there by walking.
Faculty here is very much supportive. The teaching method of the faculty members is highly appreciated. One of the teacher is the best and anyone in this college would agree to it. She is absolutely amazing in her field and gives real life examples and cases in teaching. She not only teaches you but also guides you in professional as well as in the personal life. Mostly all the faculty members are good if they don't have any personal issues with you.

What I didn’t like

The management of the college is very bad. I mean the Event which they plan never gets ended by the same way it was planned. They made changes in the plan at the last moments or even sometimes the plan also gets cancelled at the last moment. I don't know who's fault is this but this is the reality and this happened with me all the times.
Placements are va major concern for the students. Mostly students don't expect much from the on campus placements offered here. Because of the companies which are offered to the students are sometimes not even the reputed company. Mostly students ppt for the off campus placements and they have to search on their own in order to get placed in good companies. For internships also, students don't rely on the companies offered by this college and search on their own for the better opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements offered here is also average. There are no top companies in the campus. To be eligible for the placement you have to give the interviews and assessment tests. For internships also, there are very average companies but last year they contracted with the airport authority of India. In this few students have done their internships there. The average package offered here is Rupees 3,00,000 for BBA and for MBA average package is about 3-5 lakh maximum. If you wish to get into the better job opportunities you have to go for the off campus placements because of the low placements offered here. Since after bba some students ppt for higher studies also and most of them ppt for off campus placements.

Remarks:

The first factor that made me choose this college is my rank in the IPU CET entrance exam. I have got 5500 rank in the entrance exams and google reviews says that this college is great in this rank. Another factor that made me choose this college is the nearness to the metro station. Although there is no bus stand nearby but the college is very near to the Dwarka sector 11 metro station (blue line). There is only 100 m walk maximum. In the other IPU colleges you have to take e rickshaws to reach the college. No, there was no group discussion, interview or written test for the admission in this college. Actually in ip University colleges the whole procedure is online. You have to fill the preference sheet and then you get the college according to the preference sheet you have filled. After that the college you have reserved you have to go to the college and submit the documents and the mentioned fee then your admission is done.

Have a good day with good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as availability of job is very high in this course...we can go for big companies after doing this course as our skill is also developed according to it, specialisation is also there in this course you can choose the subject you want to do specialisation in like i am going to choose finance and international business, faculties are highly qualified and very friendly in nature, exam and test are held monthly and externals are held every 6 months

Remarks:

Faculty in this college is very good as they are very friendly and supportive and one of my friend also recommended this college as she was ex student in this college, cut off is always different every year and decided by college, i had given college and selected in 1st round of counselling

What I Liked

Faculty is very good. They are very helpful and guide us professionally and personally.
We have full air condition classes, which makes us easy to survive in hot summers

What I didn’t like

In classroom, they are using single chair for student with which are very uncomfortable to sit for whole day
We don’t have any proper canteen person to handle the canteen. It is always disturbed and we don’t get any proper food.

Placement Experience:

BCIPS lakhs proper placement Divy resulting Limited job opportunity for students placement eligibility starts in the fifth semester and you need to clear all your exams and assignments, but only 1020% of the students secure suitable job mostly in sales and marketing rule. Few reputed companies we get links for the application and information on the average package is not well documented in the lack of structure placement support. Given the constraints, My plan after completing BB from here is to pursue an MBA to announce my career perspective and gain better opportunities In the business field.

Remarks:

According to my rank which has scored in the intense test of this course, I chose this college as it was best for me according to my rank and it is near my house. No group discussions are interviews was there but there was an intense test multiple-choice, intense test in which You have to score according to the You get rank and according to the rank you get for your college, you need to take the CUET exam for this BBA course to gain admission and our CET for GGSU University. Depending on the result of these test, only, you can be admission for any Graduate course in IP University for the exam, I took coaching from career Gurukul for My entrance

What I Liked

Spending time in the library or with the faculty
Planning creative campaigns for the students.

What I didn’t like

There were very less people and faculty members interested in hosting an event.
There were very less space for any sports activity.

Placement Experience:

There were no set eligility criteria for the placement. Seeing the number of students in the college, we all were given a chance to sit for the placement. I have no idea about the last recruiter who visited. But the highest package was 18LPA for a gaming company.

Remarks:

It was close to my house and a small crowd. They organised good events and the faculty was nice. Although, the sports facilities are not there. So nothing to pass your time when your classes get cancelled but overall a okayish experience.

What I Liked

The college faculty is good and have good knowledge in there own subjects.
The college transportation is good as it's near the metro station

What I didn’t like

The college campus is very small and no ground.
There are no societies in campus to do extra curricular activities.

Placement Experience:

There are almost no placements from the college side if you want a job then you have to find it off campus and also there are no internships provided by the college the students have to find it by themselves for a good internship.

Remarks:

The biggest factor to choose this college as it comes on the 8th rank of the GGSIPU colleges list and it's good in academic but the college crowd and environment is average. There were no group discussion or interview for admission but there is a entrance test of GGSIPU to get admission in it's colleges.

Placement Experience:

From 5 semester onwards the students are asked to do the internship which is part of our couse. From 6 semester inwards we are eligible to do job so as to gain experience. As in i don’t know such compabies name but n number of companies visits to our campus.

Remarks:

Firstly i registered the college form through the ggsipu main website and selected the centre for the examination and submitted the fees. After then i gave the exam and got a chance to select a college of my choice . As per the facuties and the extra curriculum activites i selected the college. A good aspect about college is the teachers are very understanding and a bad aspect about college is the campus is not so big. I chose this college ober every pther college as it is near to my home and the facuties are very nice.
