Dislikes
- There were very less people and faculty members interested in hosting an event.
- There were very less space for any sports activity.
Remarks :
It was close to my house and a small crowd. They organised good events and the faculty was nice. Although, the sports facilities are not there. So nothing to pass your time when your classes get cancelled but overall a okayish experience.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Seeing the overall all fee of whole course, the faculty and facilities are nice. The academics experience was nice irrespective of the fact that I changed my career plan. But yeah, no idea about the scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, even thought being a BBA student, I didn't work in that sector. I completed by internship in copy writing and designing. But, companies like TLC and Radisson Blu visited and offered 2000 as a stipend.
Placement Experience :
There were no set eligility criteria for the placement. Seeing the number of students in the college, we all were given a chance to sit for the placement. I have no idea about the last recruiter who visited. But the highest package was 18LPA for a gaming company.
Campus Life :
The campus life was okayish. There were clubs who were hosting boring events(which might be interesting for others). They had all the required books for the courses and the food quality and taste is not that great but atleast no one fell ill because of it.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
