My honest experience at PGDAV college Delhi University
Remarks :
i choose PGDAV college because it is a part of Delhi University and has a good reputation in academics and sports the college is also affordable and is very convenient for me to travel to PGDAV college since it is located right near Vinobapuri metro gate no 2 which gives a lot of advantage one thing i liked the most was the societies and extracurricular activities where all the student can participate the admission process is completely based on CUET-UG score there was no group discussion or interview or any written test conducted by the college i registered on DU CSAS portal filled my preference the cut off depend on the course and category it keeps changing every year for my CUET studies i mainly focused on NCERT books PYQ and mock test online which helped me prepare good for CUET the good thing about the college is there are experienced teachers and faculty the campus is not very big but it has every facility needed
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose the course because i was interested in the subject and i wanted to build a good base for my future higher studies as well as future job opportunity since it is offered by Delhi University i felt it would provide better exposer and learning the curriculum is based according to NEP and covers both theory and practical concepts most of the faculty is well qualified the teachers are knowledgeable and explains topic in simple way they are also very approachable if you have doubts after class the term exams are conducted on time as per Delhi University academic calendar internal assessment like assignment presentation and class test are also taken regularly before the semester exams the difficulty level of the exam is moderate if you attend class regularly and study before exams it is not difficult to score good marks
Internships Opportunities :
i have not completed a formal internship through the college yet but the placement cell regularly shares internship opportunities via whatsapp instagram telegram etc companies like internshala decathlon EY Delloit ICICI bank and WIPRO and few startups offers internships here
Placement Experience :
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
i belong to OBC-NCL category the fees in my batch was 14000 per year depending on the course in the first year i paid around 15900 which includes things like tution fees admission fees uni registration and so on charges while taking admission so overall total fees for 3 year degree would be 46000 while SC/ST students pay less in some cases because of fees concession and scholarship available through delhi university and state government schemes there are also scholarship like Merit-cum-Means scholarship, post matric scholarship also overall i feel the fees is reasonable to many private college
Campus Life :
campus life in PGDAV is quite enjoyable if you like to take part in extracurricular activities there are so many societies for dance , drama , music, debate, NCC , NSS , etc so student get enough opportunity to exlore there interest outside academics senior are generally helpful there are also student run clubs and social media pages to keep everyone updated the annual cultural fest is usually held between Feburary and March and student from different DU colleges also participate in it the college library has a good collection of books reference books and journals related to different courses student can easily issue book sports facilities are available for cricket , football, volleyball , badminton the college also encourages student to take part in inter college competitions also there is a big cricket ground in PGDAV which is the center of attraction overall campus life is good
Hostel Facilities :
i didnt opt for hostel because PGDAV college does not have its own hostel facilities most student opt for PG near the college or rental flats in area like Lajpat nagar ,vinobapuri ,East of kailash the rent for PG usually range between 8000 to 15000

Every year keshav mahavidyalaya given the opportunity many company came in the college and took the interview final year students. Wipro, IB , aegis etc. these type of companies came to the college and provide the relevant package to the students

Eligiblity for placement is that you must have good credits and regular attendance and good scores in the exams plus practical knowledge of the subject. Few recruiters are byjus , Amazon , TCS , Paytm Accentures and offer is ranging from 5 lakh pa to 25 lakh pa . Highest package 25 lakh pa .and average is 15 lakh pa . Average 30 percent get placement I would complete my ca and get in corporate world.

Our college is very beautiful. And our hostel rooms are cleaned. My school life is very good after school life end I am very happy for college life and very sad for school life my opinion is very simple college life is the best life

The basic minimum eligibility criteria for the placement in college is person should not have any essential repeats and have more than aggregate 7 cgpa.My plans after degree is pursuing law as basic bcom degree do not rewards a good placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was a commerce student and wanted to learn more about it so I chose BCom honours as my course. The faculty is really nice and supportive. We even had seperate doubt clearing classes with teachers that were conducted in small groups called tute groups which was great because students could get individual attention and clae their doubts properly. As for exams, we had internals and then semester exams.
