I have scored 584 marks out of 800 and got this college in my second round of delhi university seat allocation that is why I chose this college but the college is good in terms of studies and crowd. The bad thing is there are very less fest organised in the college moreover fresher party for us is also not held which can break some students expectations like our batchmates. There us no group discussion, interview or written test just give cuet and participate in csac of delhi university.
The course is practical and make students industry ready which helps students to find job and internships easily. The curriculum is also good. There are various faculties in the college for every course and they provide placement, internship and guide in best way .
I have got a internship with rapido company and they hired my to work under the human resource manager of the company so that i can learn the work from her for a stipend of 15000 per month and they also offered me a full time job as a help executive of company.
The college placement cell and many other active groups provide internship opportunities in small enterprises so that students can have a idea about the industry and it also help in networking. If no college campus is offered I will reach out companies of my own for job.
I have paid 15500 for the first year which include total tution fee and i have paid 1200 exam fee in both semester for sitting in my 7 subjects. Fee is less for sc/st category students in comparison to general or ews students . The college dont provide any scholarship or financial aid to their students.
The campus life is good, everyone is friendly whether junior or senior. The social life is good, people sit and socialise in canteen Or common sitting area. The infrastructure is average but not bad the college provide a park, canteen, playground, a common sitting area.
The college doesn't provide the facility of hostel Or food. Students have to rent paying guest or hostel. There are nearby many pg and hostel with food facility but the bad thing is food quality is very bad. You can also rent a room with your friends who are from different state and make own food.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
