First student have to clear an entrance exam the they can able to take admission as per their ranks. Cut off are generally in between 50% -60% , the faculties are helpful but they all are fresher's, not much experience in this field

Good aspects of my department: 1) regular classes are available 2) air-conditioned class rooms 3) helpful teachers 4) separate practical room 5) projects are given by the sir and madams as per university requirement 6) well-behaved staffs 7) clean toilets 8) tech fest happens in time bad side: 1) College management is not too good, sometime you can suffer for their mistakes 2) college surroundings is very dirty because it is proper sealdah Admission process is very simple you need to give 46k for it ( 16k admission + 30k 1st sem fees ) The exam will be taken at MAKAUT university. You need to attend regular class ( at least 70% attendance ) for exam or project preparation.

The placement in IT sector has decreased. Last 3 years almost 90% students got placement in on campus. But now that has decreased. Though this year many students will be selected in on campus by TCS, Wipro, HCL tech, Tech Mahindra etc.

I think it's all vogus. There is no opportunity for good career opportunities. They are just offering 5 to 6k per month salary after 3 months of training. But they have relationship with many hospitals and organisations. You don't have to think about placement.
