I got my first intership at KONE Elevators India Pvt Ltd under the HR department. I learned about Talent Acquisition. While doing internship you should focus doing internship in manufacturing companies.

I have attended two internships according to my curriculum. An one month internship in a manufacturing industry and their a two month summer internship at any industry, I chose a corporate company. My first internship was done in Johnson Electric and I gained a lot of knowledge and exposure in the manufacturing industry. My summer internship was done in Chennai Metro Rail Limited and I understood the different roles and jobs present in a corporate company. I did my research project in the company.

We had 2 internships ,one in manufacturing sector which is for 1 month and for second one it can be of any industry and it was summer internship, I have interned in Toshiba jsw power systems and summer internship at CavinKare.There are some companies which offers stipend too.So for initial learning the organizations will give you exposure in Recruitment ,then learning and development function.It varies according to organisation.
