Ans: Yes, candidates need to complete a compulsory summer internship. For PGDM, candidates are required to take 3 months of internship, mainly from April-June, and MBA students need to have 2 months of internship from May-June. TSM Madurai offers admission to PGDM and MBA programs at the postgraduate level. Apart from these, it also offers Management Development Program (MDP) for working professionals and Faculty Development Program (FDP). TSM Madurai admissions are based on an all-India entrance test or done by the State Government norms.

MBA and PGDM Admission is done on the basis of scores secured in entrance examinations like CAT/ MAT/ XAT / CMAT / ATMA/ GMAT or TANCET scores. The final selection is based on the score of the entrance examination, work experience, performance in the previous qualifying degree, sports and extra-curricular activities, GD, and personal interview and written ability test.
For admission, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Honest Review @ TSM

What I Liked

24*7 faculties are available, which is the benefit of the residential campus. There are good places to visit outside also. Kodaikanal is 4 hrs away from college. Meenakshi amman temple is just half an hour away.
I like the social life, If you have good friend circle in the campus, You can enjoy and learn a lot. Do participate regularly in all the activities organised in the college.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the hostel in and out timings which restricts our growth and development. I don't like the hostel infrastructure since it has been built so early, needs to be renovated.
You don't have guest staying facilities for the relatives/friends visiting you from far away.I don't like that.

Remarks:

The good aspects are the Fees are medium as compared to others, Placements are good overall, the Mess food is awesome, There's a lust green campus which will not let you feel that you are living in such a hot city. Negative aspects from my POV is the hostel timings which is not justified as per the Business students. The profile that the company offers is average. For Selection, All the processes were there right from Management test score eligibility, group discussion, Writing Ability test, and lastly followed by an interview.
