MAT December 2026 Dates

The December score is scheduled to be available by the first week of January 2027. This is the result window for the December 2026 test, not a separate January examination.

PBT and CBT: Which Date Should You Book?

AIMA offers PBT, CBT or both for this session. The syllabus and section structure remain the same: 150 multiple-choice questions across five sections in 120 minutes.

Registration Fee and Both-Mode Booking

Register through the applicant dashboard at mat.aima.in. The registration form uses a photograph of 10-50 KB and a signature of 5-20 KB, both in JPG or JPEG format. A combined booking includes two tests and seven institute choices for score reporting.

Admit Card Date and Test Timing

The MAT admit card gives the assigned test date, time, centre address, centre code, form number and roll number. Download the card for each booked mode from the applicant dashboard. AIMA does not send it by post or email.

A test centre is activated subject to a minimum number of registrations. The allotted venue and timing on the card determine where and when you attend.

MAT Sessions and Score Validity

MAT is normally held in February, May, September and December. Dates from an earlier session do not apply to a December booking.

The MAT scorecard is valid for one year. Colleges have their own application windows and accepted test-session rules, so the one-year validity period does not extend a college's admission deadline.
