MAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria have been mentioned in detail by the AIMA. According to the MAT eligibility criteria 2025, candidates should have completed their graduation from any stream from a recognized university. Aspirants in their final year of graduation are also permitted to apply. There is no specific age limit to register for MAT 2025.

AIMA has released the MAT 2025 Application Form, eligible candidates can register themselves on the official website. There is no minimum score requirement for MAT 2025. Candidates with passing marks in Graduation can appear in the exam.

MAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through all the eligibility guidelines and make sure that they are eligible prior to filling in the application form. The eligibility conditions for MAT 2025 are given below:

Criteria	Required Qualification
Age Limit	Candidates are not barred from taking the examination on account of age. There are no criteria pertaining to age limit.
Academic Qualification	Candidates who have done their graduation or are presently in their final year of graduation from any recognized university or institute can apply for the MAT 2025 or have completed a Professional degree such as CA/CS.
Minimum Marks	Candidates looking to appear for the examination must have scored 45% marks in the exam subjects including English. 40% aggregate marks are the limit for reserved categories of SC/ST. However, in some cases of CGPA or grades, the method of percentage and mark calculation will be done in accordance with the procedure as prescribed by the participating institutes.
Work experience	No minimum work experience criteria.
Number of attempts	There is no limit to the number of times you can apply for the MAT exam.

MAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria for Admission

AIMA does not lay down any specific eligibility criteria for admission. Candidates are requested to go through the following criteria prior to applying for the examination.

Minimum marks required in graduation- 50%-60%;
Women candidates may be given weightage to some extent;
Candidates with a professional degree may be given some weightage;
Academic performances in Classes X and XII maybe take into account and weightage may be given;
Candidates with work experience may give weightage

MAT 2025 Eligibility for IBT Mode

Candidates must go through the eligibility requirements in order to appear for the MAT Internet-Based Test (IBT). The eligibility guidelines have been mentioned below:

Operating System- Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Internet Connection- Broadband connection of at least speed 4Mbps and uploading speed of 1Mbps. Candidates are advised to maintain a separate device for LAN and internet.
Cache proxy availability for smooth storage of candidates’ results and test delivery information.
Browser- Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Computer requirements- A laptop/computer system with a webcam in order to view and capture images.

Ques. Will 1-2 years of work experience be beneficial while applying for MAT 2025?

Ans. No, 1-2 years of work experience will not be beneficial while applying for MAT 2025 because there is no minimum work experience requirement.

Ques. Is the eligibility criterion the same for every management institute?

Ans. For each institute, the eligibility criterion is different. The common conditions however are, having a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate and a qualifying MAT score.

Ques. Can a candidate appear for both PBT and IBT?

Ans. Yes, if the candidate satisfies the eligibility criteria, then he/she can appear for both.

Ques. Am I eligible for MAT 2025 if I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Distance Learning?
