RNIASE: On the Eve of Centenary.

What I Liked

The best about the college is the dedicated teaching staff who provide their continuous guidance and support.
The campus life is quite vibrant with the continuous encouragement of teachers to engage in various extra curricular activities.

What I didn’t like

Even after being so old of institution it lacks various moden infrastructures such as a smart room, air conditioned classrooms, e library, etc.
Hostel facility really needs to improve.

Placement Experience:

There are no placement programs. However, students passing out of the institution have a high rate of employability with the required enhanced skills to become a good teacher. A sentry-level salary could be around 40000 for the students passing out. Around 80% of students get jobs.

Remarks:

This is not only one of the oldest teacher education institutions in the state of Odisha but in the entire country. It was established in 1923 which makes it 100 years old in the year I took admission i.e. 2023. The college has a legacy of providing the best training to the students and ultimately providing various educational institutions of the country with the best teachers. These are some of the reasons that made me opt for this college.
