What I Liked

Hospital facility, gym etc play ground cafeteria
Infrastructure is so too good very big classroom

Placement Experience:

In chitkara University they give 100% placement assurance if only one student is left they will ask company to come in the campus to provide opportunity to the student so if one person is left they provide the opportunity as well

Internships Opportunities:

Yes I was taken opportunity to work with hdfc bank as summer internship for 2 months. They provide the many opportunity for internship as well some people do the internship for 6 months as well main company was, hdfc, deloitee zs associate

What I Liked

Faculty is really supportive and they provide each and every facility with whole discipline and where knowledge is gained.
Our Dean is really supportive and great that he always cares for our future more than us

What I didn’t like

Some of faculty members are not supportive. They do not cares for Student
Sometimes some mentors only focus on theory based study

Placement Experience:

Placement and internship plans are really attractive and good because there are lot of opportunities in our university. Eligibility criteria depends upon performance of the student during classes. Recruitment occurs from Wipro, EY and various big firms. Highest salary package is 30 lakhs and average is 5 lakhs

Internships Opportunities:

I'll do internship in June or July. For now I'm a fresher. I'm not applicable for internship program it happens after 6 months of course. There are various internships programs offered by various big firms to college students and starting posts for our course is talent acquisition and recruitment assistant.

Comprehensive review of Chitkara University

What I Liked

World class infrastructure, AC Classrooms , lush green campus with huge sports grounds and sportorium with facilities for indoor and outdoor sports
Well trained faculty, awesome campus life, night view is worth watching . Chilling with friends here is great fun. Concerts held time to time are great to attend

What I didn’t like

Moving in and out of college is very hard since we require gatepass and parents' permission everytime we have to go out of hostel. Very strict rules are there
The college lies on the highway ( outskirts of city) . Hence there are not much places to visit around the campus.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placement varies copany to company . Nut overall students should not have any backlog. Deloitte, BNY(9), WIPRO(14)etc. Highest package :12 LPA, Average package: 7LPA. Placements are 100%. I will opt for job after degree

Internships Opportunities:

As of now there is no internship i am doing since its the beginning of semester but companie are visiting the campus for same. BNY and Zaggle have already visited. But mostlu by feb almost all students will bag an internship.

I like chitkara university where we can explore our potential

What I Liked

The college infrastructure is very good and hostel life is full of joyness
The faculty team are very professional and trained to teach students

What I didn’t like

The college area is very small compared to other universities
There is very big issue of gate pass and hostel

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunies provided by chitkara are very good as placement cell is alloted to bring good companies for internship by campus placements and they take proper steps to prepare students for interview

Internships Opportunities:

Yes i have opted for internship at chitkara and giving interviews and enhancing skills side by side and getting placement opportunities after 6 months internship in good companies to gain hands on experience in field of sales and marketing

Personal experience

What I Liked

Facilities are quite friendly except few. Mostly they are very good.
Campus has positive vibes and entertainment

What I didn’t like

Gate pass issue as if someone has to go out for buying even vegetables they have to apply for gate pass 24 hours ago , these are only for girls not for boys, their gate pass are approved on a moment itself.
The uniform system, it just feels like school days, no feel for college life.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not too good, you have to devote all your attention and yourself then only I guess you can grab it, best resume, active LinkedIn profile else. Many companies comes like Disney from US but demands 300000 and more money just for internships no guarantee of placements.

Internships Opportunities:

Not yet because I am currently in third semester and the internships for our course starts from fifth semester, online internship provided on LinkedIn is another thing but offline internships provided by the college are in fifth semester.

All about chitkara University

What I Liked

Faculty members are very cooperative and nice
They do not put any syllabus burden and exam burdern

What I didn’t like

They have square one which many outlets and they are very costly
Sometimes got treat very wrongly with us

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered bye Chitkara University almost 95% of students got placed as it depend on students how are they performing in their interviews and internship programmes are also provided latest inter internship program was provided was Disneyland by USA for 3 months

Internships Opportunities:

as far I have not applied for any internship program but yes I have given interviews of Disneyland for three months which is now ongoing progress I will be updating soon when the internship will be offered to us our seniors were telling that the internship program is very good with them

Honest review with transparency

What I Liked

Best infrastructure and more clubs to participate.
Alot of abroad going opportunities and there benefits.
Having a good number or workshop provided by them.

What I didn’t like

There placements packages and some subjects are not course related.
There are alot of Restrictions in the campus for going out.

Placement Experience:

As a bba student , I'm not very happy w8th placements here but surely happy with internship opportunities. Average package for placements here are 2 to 3 l for the basic one like sales department , but if you a good cgpa holder then you'll provided a good company and good placement ans packages option.

Internships Opportunities:

Yet there no internship opportunies provided to us in chitkara University but we heard from our seniors that they got a good companies through chitkara University in there field and now there are working in top companies and doing there internship.

What I Liked

Infrastructure is quite good, many canteens are there

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good Avg package for BBA is around 3-4 LPA. 80% students are placed, but companies only came around Mohali came for placements. Sometimes eligibility criteria is above 8 Cgpa. You can get off-campus jobs also

Internships Opportunities:

I did not get placement, i found it myself in Mumbai, I am getting 3,60,000LPA. It's a start up named 39 Solutions. I'm a consultant here. Trainers in colleges are good, but you should know how to get the best out of them.
