• Students must have a B.tech degree with an aggregate of at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
• Admission to 1-year M.tech (Part-time) program, students must have a B.tech degree with an aggregate of at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC) and have at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

• For the 4 years M.tech program, students have to appear for the GATE entrance exam.
