I chose this course cause I'm Passionate about English literature and love to read tragic stories and novels. to pursue this course you must have 60% above in your 12th, and the department of English is responsible for their duties, each semester has 6 months before the external college conducts a 10 marks internal exam, and the questions are quite easy if you study, we have to pay our college fees in 2 parts one is at the starting of the semester and other half is at the end of the semester, the college provides a merit-based scholarship for students and also provide minority scholarship.

Yes, placement & job opportunities are in this college. The campus offers you to get better results and finding jobs. In my point of view, I see my senior get a government job, per month salary of 48000/-. but teachers always support you in getting better results. My plan is I try in Education sector jobs like Teaching in High School or College. I give my best to try and fulfill my dream.

Our college has no such placement program and no companies are visiting our colleges you can do internships by the third year and the college has a facility like an earn while running program like program that allows students can do internships in various companies during their studies. The minimum eligibility criteria for placement is 50% marks and there is no such a big product visiting our company our students have been placed in the companies at the average salary of 3 LPA. My plans after doing my B.sc is to be admitted into MSc and do m.sc and after that, I will find a suitable job for me.

Placement opportunities are too bad. Almost zero placement facilities. Because this is general college under Calcutta University. After complete graduation level only way study higher education or professional education and competitive examination preparation.
