Largest event of the college is uthkarsha. Lots of events are there in it it runs for 7-10 days. But the preparation runs for 1-1.5 months. Other then that ganesh chaturthi teachers day sports week and lots of other activities are there. Intercollege competitions. Around the events happened in october September. Other then that college have basketball court football ground cricket ground badminton courts etc gym is also there one auditorium

Campus life is well-rounded and fun. Full-sized football field, cricket ground, basketball and volleyball courts, and indoor badminton courts present Uthkarsha is an annual fest with all kinds of events. The library is well stocked.

There are many fests in the college like Ganesh Mahotsav in September and Uthkarsha in the first months of the year and many more. There is a library only for students and a chronicle is published from time to time named Kakatiya chronicle. Many sports are available on campus like cricket, volleyball, football, badminton, table tennis, kabaddi, and kho- kho, etc. The hostel is not very good they are just ok the food in the mess is not bad. We have to register the room through the manual process with the hostel warden. Hostels are different for different year batches and the room has an attached bathroom and two members can live in the room

In kakatiya medical college many events are been organised every year.rigt from new year to Christmas many events occur in our. College.and among all the major event occurs is uthkarsha evey yr.forth year students take the responsibility to organise the utkarsha .it very famous and happens for one week continuously with different programs .it starts with health run upto public garden.it also contains dj night ,dandiya night,traditional day,blood donation programme and sports.other major event is vinayakachavithi .third year students take care of it.sports is also conducted in a year.second year students take over it.we also have freshers day,holi celebrations and intermedics which is a competition among different colleges.and other major evnet is osmecon in which students participate very actively in the events.our college is providing a library in which students get there study place and books .they provide us a college library card and on they card they allow us to take the books to
