My maharjas college journey

What I Liked

The most preferred college in Rajsthan is maharjas colleges so undoubtedly it attracted me to take admission. Someone says that Maharaja naam hi kaafi hai.
Though faculty is well versed in their respective subjects.

What I didn’t like

Behavior of the administration staff that is registrar , vice principal staffs, clerks.
The students union election and their turbulence I disliked the most.

Placement Experience:

No, job placement is guaranteed here however it is considered in our college that every student who is admission here is a kind brilliant student so being in a government job is considered better than being a part of an MNC or any other company.

Internships Opportunities:

No, I did not opt for any internship. Thoughts internships were a part of our college and university. However, I always remained reluctant to take part in all these internships so I didn't have any idea of an internship in my college.

All about maharaja

What I Liked

Infrastructure of our college is great like a palace
faculty is also great as compared to other colleges in jaipur

What I didn’t like

Campus Life is good but you can enjoy only If you are from hostel

Placement Experience:

There is no direct placement from bsc but you can get a chance for placement via bca in this course about 60-70% students get direct placement form college the highest package is 6lpa and lowest is 3lpa but most of the students prepare for govt jobs not for placements.

Internships Opportunities:

No I have not opted any internship because the course I have selected that is bsc that does not provide any type of internship in our college and according to me think there is no internship in our college

The affordable college

What I Liked

As this is government college so the fees was very affordable student can easily afford the fees of this professional course , infrastructire was average but the ground of the college was so big and attractive. Social life was also good I met many students from different regions.
The most exciting thing about the college is that it has all sports and intercollege competition is also there and the college event is also awesome.

What I didn’t like

Placement was not so good . Students have to get jobs off campus .
Faculty was not also good . It was guest faculty and not so qualified.

Placement Experience:

I got placed but the package was not so good so I decided not to join rather I decided to do MCA from private college now recently I am doing MCA and after completing MCA I will do the job. Placement is also there in this private college.

Internships Opportunities:

No I didn't do any internship . I completed Data Science course from udemy and it is very useful it is also like an internship. I made projects myself it was on Machine learning models , training and testing was there.

Personality development ✨ is the main part for my career which I got in this college
2nd one is that it is most probably to serve my country with UPSC.

As of my all experience

What I Liked

College have good classroom with well managed labs with all the equipment available in those labs.
The college have not only for study but also for sports and other activities have a big whopping stadium and university under sports events.

What I didn’t like

A big dislike is that due to the big campus of college some area of college remain untouched and that area not be cleaned by the management.
And another one is that there were no canteen during my first year in the college. But it was also added

Placement Experience:

College have its brand name in the best colleges for the study for students in order for getting jobs and placement. Placement are very good level in the college. Various courses are offered in the college.

Internships Opportunities:

College also have internship options. I have an internship with Hamari pehchan ngo through my college for fundraising and that was stipend internship. I hoota get 1000/- monthly for the time period of internship.

Things you have to know before admission

What I Liked

I like the campus of the college as it is spreaded in very large area
I like the sports facilities of the college as they are very much supportive and for inter College tournaments you are giving Ta & Da too

What I didn’t like

College building are pretty old and classroom are also very old with no digital advancement.
There are very less external exposure for the professional course students

Placement Experience:

There are no college in campus placement are available, I joined government college because I wanted to prepare for government exams so in this college I am getting good time without any issues of attendance. But many students get off campus placement with good packages

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't opted for internship as there is no internship opportunities provided by the college but you can always go and apply outside of the campus , and you can have paid internship too if you search off the campus

What I Liked

This college was founded in 1844 by swai ramsingh.
The faculty of the college is very educated and experienced.

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure of the college can be more better.
The college is on the sawai ramsingh road so all the time there is some sound of the vehicles.

Placement Experience:

There is no any campus placement option. But your knowledge that you got here will help you to get the job or placement easily. Only 10-15 percentage of students get their degree. I want to pursue my M.Sc. after B.Sc. .

Internships Opportunities:

There is many internship options in the university maharajas college, jaipur. There is also NCC option available. The college also supports and guides the students to choose their career options in the future.

The beautiful description of my college

What I Liked

I like the college’s environment which is very good for students. The campus is very nice and well maintained
The faculty is very helpful to students and college infrastructure is like a palace.

What I didn’t like

I dislike the canteen service of my college because it is very dirty and stinky
And also dislike the cleanness of college

Placement Experience:

The placement rate in my college is overall average. Many companies came to our college and give placement to students. The eligibility for the placement is the marks obtained in course and practical basis. The minimum package from over college is 2lac per annum. And highest package is 15 lac per annum. The highest post given to a student is a manager in a mnc company

Internships Opportunities:

I had get a chance of internship from a very famous company. This opportunity is given to me on the basis of my performance in practical exam. I have to complete the excel file of the company and many tasks are given to me

What I Liked

Campus life is good not the better. The building is of old type construction we didn’t get modern infrastructure
Faculty is good enough but they didn’t focus on the studies

What I didn’t like

Sports is not available their only NCC is their which is also have limited seats
Raging is happen in campus and hostel life both

Placement Experience:

The college didn’t provide any type of placement after the completion of degree program. You have to strugle on self for your carrer an placement. You can get the government job by studying the other subjets

Internships Opportunities:

No college didn’t send for any kind of internship so you did not get the opportunity of internship program like the other college of different types of streams the teachers are also not supportive for sometime

No, placement drive but If anyone is dedicated then he applies off campus and grabs a placement up to 4 -5 lakh in BCA if they have good technical and communication skills as well they may go to MCA after BCA.
