DR ULHAS PATIL MEDICAL COLLEGE, worth it or not?

What I Liked

Social life of the college is good as you get to interact with variety of people
Faculty is good and attentive to all the problems
Academics is taken strictly and implementation is good

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is pretty weird as the buildings are placed in any position
Mess only has veg food so it's a problem for many people.

Placement Experience:

Good. Since internship is in the hospital of the college so placement doesnt matter much. If you are planning for a government job like MO after MBBS then you can give its exam or if you want private job or private practice then it's upto you. Besides, most students prefer to clear NEET PG after MBBS

Remarks:

This college has the cheapest fees compared to all other Semi Govt MBBS college. Also, the academic environment is pretty good too with the faculty being pretty good. NEET is the sole criteria for admission, no other stuff.

College Of Food Technology

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good but the faculty in the college is not focused towards the students. They are not focusing on the improvement of the students. There are no separate faculty for each subject of the course.

Remarks:

Admission to the college is based on entrance exams like MHT-CET. There are no GD and PI for admission to the college. The admission process is very easy. Anyone can fill out the application form and take the admission.

What I Liked

The thing which I like about my college is the greenish campus it is very refreshing away from the hectic cities
My college organises events almost every month so we doesn't get burnouts even after the hectic study schedule of MBBS

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure is good but needs to be improved
The campus life sometime gets boring because it is located out of the city

Placement Experience:

As I am pursuing MBBS my job opportunities depend upon how I treat my patients so the hospital which is associated with our college is advanced and there is very high patient load we can practice very well in our hospital the hospital offeres medical services at very low cost hence it has good patient flow

Remarks:

To get admission in DUPMC how have to qualify an entrance examination named NEET there is no requirement of an interview if you had qualified NEET the college is not in main city it is 15 kms away from jalgaon city but everything is available near the campus
