My College Experience

What I Liked

College Events like Karandak and sports events
The library is well maintained and the campus is asthetic

What I didn’t like

The Labs like Computer labs are outdated
The canteen inside the campus is very bad quality and expensive

Placement Experience:

For Placement attendance in the classroom should be 75%. Along with attendance there are two certificates that needs to be done by the students i.e Rubicon foundation course and TCS Ion career edge certificate. The highest package offered is Rs.7,00,000 per annum and lowest package is Rs.2,00,000/- per annum with an average Package of Rs.3,50,000/- per annum.

Remarks:

I was shortlisted through MAH CET CAP Round and was directly shortlisted for the SIOM Campus as I had given the test through online process and had selected 10 colleges and was selected for this college through the process

Good MBA college

What I Liked

College infrastructure is good faculty are also good except in exclusion
Campus Life is good, big campus, greenery in campus

What I didn’t like

Huge crowd in campus, some surrounding in campus are not good

Placement Experience:

The college has a central placement cell due to which higher placements are done. Every year 200 companies approach the campus for hiring. Recruiters like Bajaj Finserv, Motilal Oswal, Capital Box, and even Deloitte come for hiring. My plan after my degree is to set up a business.

Remarks:

Admission through the MBA CET exam through which cutoff-based admission is done after giving various colleges options. I had to prepare for the round through cet exam classes at the ims study center. The cutoff was around the 75 percentile for the open category

A Honest Review About SIOM Vadgaon Bk Pune

What I Liked

Infrastructure of the college is superb
And campus I can't explain how I loved this campus

What I didn’t like

Faculty of the college may I dislike but not that much.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria are you should not have any black logs in the current semester. You should have good knowledge of any language and have good development skills. Deloitte, D-mart, Flipkart, Force, Godrej, HDFC, and Himalaya are some recruiters. Average package is 2.5 LPA and the Highest package is 6 LPA. Only a few students got placed on campus

Remarks:

I am from Gadchiroli District and I didn't know that much about this college In MCA-CET I got 87 percentile according to that I started searching for a better college in Pune university and I found that at this score Sinhgad Institute Of Management Vadgaon Bk is the best college for doing MCA. I searched it on YouTube Google and many other things and my friends who have stayed in Pune for 2-3 years told me that SIOM is a very good college for MCA. But the real fact that I know when I completed my admission there was no such a campus placement no student joined regular lectures nothing. At last, I would never recommend this college. Rating 5 out of 10

SIOM reviews.

What I Liked

College campus, infrastructure, all the needed amenities for day to day life .
Staffs , placements , campus vibes , extra curricular activities.

What I didn’t like

To many commercial buildings are ruining the beauty of the campus.
Some faculty need to be more polite with the students.

Placement Experience:

There is no specific criteria for college placement , evryone can attend the placement drives if there is no such criteria coming from the company itself. Many companies like cognizant, Infosys are the recruiters who visited recently. Average package offered here is 3 to 4 lakh per annum and highest package may get 10 lakhs per annum for software developers etc. My plan is to get the job through college placements only because it is the quickest way to get the job of your profile.

Remarks:

MAH MCA CET ENTRANCE EXAM conducted every year is one of the ways to get the admission in SIOM. You will have to score atleast 84 to 88 percentile to get the admission in 1st to 3rd round . There are so many classes for MCA CET or you can study by self . One of the main reason to choose SIOM was college placement is good here and also the staff .

Better college best campus

What I Liked

The main thing i like about my college is its campus life

What I didn’t like

The main thing i dislike about my college is that the teaching facility is not so good

Placement Experience:

College give placement and internship but not so much only 30 to 40 percent students get placed. And also once you have cleared an interview you are not allowed to be seated in the next campus drive.

Remarks:

It was suggested by my teacher that its a good college. And yes I have given MAHCET competitive exam for taking admission in this college on the basis of rank. The campus is too good and also cheapest place in pune

My college diaries.

What I Liked

The campus of the college is very beautiful. Infrastructure of the college is likely good.
Faculty of the institution is very supportive.

What I didn’t like

The placement of the college are very decent.
The staff of institute are likely changing over the time.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not as good as the expectations of the students. They provide placement for up to 30% of students. they provide internships for students but other than marketing students it's hard to get interned.

Remarks:

It is near my home. also, it is one of the good colleges in my area. I do not have to face any group discussion or written test for college admission. The admission process is not hard for this institution.
