Everything in the college is good. The campus, facilities, faculty, academic and course curriculum is completely similar the way I expected it to be. It is a very friendly and happening vibes all around the college campus.
The placement cell of our college is also good. Like the average placement for the course which I opted is about 6 lakhs per annum, which according to me is nice. Our college placement cell have great contacts which is helping all the people to achieve their great goals.
Read Full ReviewThe terms exams are scheduled as per pune university schedule . but in collage after completing each unit there is a unit test , difficulti level is easy , for 6 unit there are 6 unit tests for one subject in one semister and before Endsem exam prellims are also held for practice ,, difficulti level is as same as university papers. this was case till this year as the collage is now an atonomous university, now there will be some changes.
in the list of recruiters there are TCS , Wipro , veritas and more about 80 companies in icem, about almost 85% students gets placed in icem , 2024 batch highest packge was 27 LPA , so the job opportunities are pretty good.
Read Full ReviewI chose AI and DS because this was something new apart from computer science. The faculties here are good at teaching they make sure that you gain every piece of information, and they make sure that every student not only gains theoretical but also practical knowledge of every subject. If we talk about exams the exams are neither too difficult nor too easy they maintain a moderate difficulty which a person with consistency can pass with good grades.
One should clear every subject’s exam to be eligible for placement. Some of the recently visited recruiters are Mastercard, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, Force, etc. The highest package of last year was 27 LPA. Almost 70% of the students get placed after getting the degree.
Read Full ReviewI have an interest in data science that's why I selected computer science engineering. The faculties were average in their knowledge, and their method was average too. The level of SPPU conducting exams is quite difficult.
I just wanted to pursue my degree away from my hometown, my earlier 12th STD friend recommended this college, he was in that college too. There were no tests, I had done my admission through cap rounds and this college came 2nd on my list so I opted for this college.
Read Full ReviewThe college is now autonomous but before it was under SPPU. In FE the students had to learn a subject from each branch. The curriculum was not so much but was a bit difficult. The faculties are supportive in all aspects and will always provide you with motivation and new ideas. The total fee of one year is almost 1,35,000. But with scholarship, we have to only pay 50% of it(for OBC and EWS). The attendance is 75% compulsory in all semesters.
I am in my Second Year of the degree and have heard the placement rate of the college is 90%. The average package of the college is 8,00,000( for CS branch). For the students whose placement is not done from the college, a special program is being held which helps them for off-campus placements.
Read Full ReviewThey have just converted to Autonomous Institute, the course still is heavily based on Sppu curriculum. Most of the faculty is highly qualified. There are 4 total exams per semester, 2 University(Insem, Endsem) and 2 College (unittest1, unittest2). Exams can be considered easy and good scores can be managed with a single day of good study. Fees haven't changed in the last 3 years. Many scholarships and financial assistance provided by govt can be applied in college. The course is highly outdated, students have to self-study most of the important topics by themselves.
Placements are decent in college. You have to work hard to get them. which has made some companies stay clear but most are there. The Highest CTC last year was 27LPA. The rest were 3-11LPA.
Read Full ReviewI like to code and I want to know and explore technology so I choose computer technology. Here in this college, I got the best staff and faculty that gives me valuable knowledge. Most of the faculty are from 10-15 years and have a great experience. As the college provide scholarship opportunity students can get different scholarships. Students can pay their fees in 2 installments. Open-category students get a DBT scholarship named Chattrapati Shahu Maharaj Scholarship EBC.
Placements are given to last year's students and the bulk of companies comes from the college. Many Students get placed in MNCs. To get the placement you have to take an aptitude test and coding round, after that the last round is of interview. After getting my degree I will go for a master's.
Read Full ReviewI have a great interest in data domains and computers and I’ve don BCA in graduation so I thought I will be better to go with MCA. To get admission in MCA students and give MAH-CET for specifically colleges located in Maharashtra, every other state has there own CET exams for each department say it MCA MBA or what not. Apart from CET students can give NIMCET to do MCA in NIT college all over India. Faculty for this course is pretty educated and knowledgeable everyone is masters of there own subjects. As of so far the Masters is expensive to pursue anywhere in the world, so I cannot say about the fees factor. Although I got the merit list scholarship from college. Every college has there own criteria for different types of scholarships, and also if a student entered in a college through CET Cap rounds then they will be eligible for the scholarship provided by the govt of India.
There is no such criteria for placement, everyone gets a chance to attend the placement rounds but if they miss any they get debarred from the process. Highest package for my batch is 9LPA and Avg is 6LPA. I’m looking for jobs off campus after my MCA.
