Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering (JSCOE), located in Hadapsar, Pune, was established in 2004 by the Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM). JSCOE is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is recognized by the AICTE. The college is accredited by the NBA and has earned an A+ Grade from NAAC.

JSCOE Pune offers a BE program across various specializations. Eligibility for admission requires candidates to have completed their 10+2 education with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks. Admissions are granted based on performance in either the JEE Main or MH CET exams, depending on the candidate’s rank or score in these entrance tests. For the BE program in Computer Science, the JSCOE JEE Main Round 1 cutoff for general category candidates was 10853. The total course fee for the BE program at JSCOE is INR 4.5 lakhs.

JSCOE Pune also offers ME programs in multiple specializations. To be eligible for ME admission, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in a relevant field from a recognized university. Selection is primarily based on the GATE score. The course fee for the ME program at JSCOE is INR 1.96 lakhs.

JSCOE Pune also offers an MBA program. To be eligible, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks from a recognized board and hold a bachelor’s degree. Admission to the MBA program is based on scores from MH CET, with a 2023 cutoff of 55.15 percentile for the general category. Additionally, the institute accepts scores from MAT, XAT, GMAT, CAT, CMAT, and ATMA as alternative entrance exams. The course fee for the MBA program is INR 2.09 lakhs.

In the JSCOE placement season 2024, students received over 250 placement offers, reflecting strong recruitment activity on campus. The highest salary package recorded was INR 26.40 LPA. Major recruiters included leading companies such as TATA, Hexaview, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Rupeek, Rinex, Hexaware, IBM, and Finzly.
