The Modern Education Society's College of Engineering (MESCOE) in Pune, established in 1999, is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi, and sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra. MESCOE offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering, covering popular fields like Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, and Mechanical Engineering.

MESCOE Pune offers a 4-year BTech program in three specializations at the undergraduate level. Eligible applicants must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry as an optional subject, from a recognized board. Admission to the BTech program is based on scores in the MH-CET or JEE Main. For 2024, the MHT CET cutoff for the General Category was 28.77 for BTech Mechanical, 89.59 for BTech Computer Science, and 83 for Electronics and Telecom Engineering. The total course fee for the BTech program is approximately INR 4.78 lakhs.

MESCOE Pune also provides MTech programs at the postgraduate level. Candidates who have completed a BE or BTech degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university and possess a valid GATE score are eligible for admission to the MTech program. Admissions are conducted through the Centralized Admission Process as directed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. The course fee for the MTech program is INR 1.58 lakhs.

MESCOE Pune provides a range of scholarships aligned with the Government of Maharashtra's policies to support students financially. Notable scholarships include the Government of India Post Matric Scholarship/Freeship, which is designated for SC and ST candidates from the Backward Class Category, specifically targeting those with a family income below INR 2,00,000 per annum. Additionally, the Fresh Minority Scholarship is available for students from minority communities pursuing technical and professional education after HSC. Furthermore, the EBC Scholarship assists candidates whose parents’ annual income is less than INR 1,00,000.
