ICOER Courses and Fees

ICOER has three programme families in engineering and management. Its B.E. programme runs for 4 years across 6 specialisations, while the M.E. and MBA programmes are offered as 2-year postgraduate courses.

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) is a 4-year full-time programme with 6 specialisations: Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. Each specialisation has an intake of 60 seats.
• Master of Engineering (M.E.) is a 2-year full-time programme with 4 specialisations: Computer Engineering, Design Engineering, Signal Processing, and Structural Engineering.
• MBA is a 2-year full-time postgraduate management programme.

The B.E. fee is the same for all six branches at INR 3,67,000 for the complete course, or INR 91,750 per year. The AI and Data Science branch, approved under AICTE's emerging-technology framework, is offered along with Computer Engineering, IT, and core engineering branches. Each M.E. specialisation costs INR 1,47,000 per year.

ICOER Admission Process

ICOER uses the DTE Maharashtra CAP route for engineering admissions and does not hold a separate institute-level entrance examination. Allotment depends on entrance exam scores, category, and the order of preferences submitted through the DTE portal.

1. Candidates must first meet the course-specific eligibility requirement.
2. B.E. applicants must appear for MHT-CET or JEE Main, while M.E. applicants need a relevant GATE score.
3. Eligible candidates register on the DTE Maharashtra portal for the Central Admission Process.
4. Applicants upload documents and complete verification as per the CAP schedule.
5. Candidates submit their college and branch preferences online.
6. DTE Maharashtra releases allotments in CAP rounds, and selected candidates confirm admission by reporting and paying the applicable fee.

B.E. Admission

B.E. applicants must have passed 10+2 (HSC) or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. A minimum aggregate of 45% is required, with relaxation for reserved categories as per Maharashtra state norms. State-quota seats are allotted through MHT-CET percentile, while All India quota seats use JEE Main scores. ICOER offers 60 seats per specialisation in each of its six B.E. branches.

M.E. Admission

For M.E. admission, candidates need a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline and a valid GATE score in the corresponding paper. The accepted paper is GATE CS for Computer Engineering, GATE ME for Design Engineering, GATE EC for Signal Processing, and GATE CE for Structural Engineering. Non-GATE candidates may be considered for a limited number of institute-level merit seats as per DTE Maharashtra norms.

ICOER Placements

ICOER placement outcomes are led mainly by IT and software-focused branches. In the latest placement cycle, the highest package stood at INR 14 LPA, while the average B.E. package was INR 4-5 LPA. A total of 120 companies took part in campus recruitment. Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and E&TC receive steady recruiter interest, while Civil and Mechanical Engineering students often look at government exams, PSU hiring, or off-campus roles.
