Decent College in 88-90% Range of MHTCET
Likes
- The labs are decent. They have linux based architecture so it is a good learning opportunity.
- Most faculty is super friendly, they might look intimidating but are nice. Just don't cause them trouble and they wont trouble you either.
Dislikes
- College campus is super small. It ends where it starts. Basket ball court is in shambles, there is only 1 volleyball court and cricket ground is off limits most of the time. The indoor games are a joke.
- College curriculum is trash. I would blame sppu for this more than the college.
Remarks :
The college has a decent campus, a Good Mess facility, decent hostel facility. The placements are avg 5-6lpa. Admission can be taken by appearing for the MHTCET exam, the cutoff is around the 88-90 percentile. No other rounds like GD, or PI are required. The average Lectures can be considered to be only for attendance, the faculty is strict.
Course Curriculum Overview :
They have just converted to Autonomous Institute, the course still is heavily based on Sppu curriculum. Most of the faculty is highly qualified. There are 4 total exams per semester, 2 University(Insem, Endsem) and 2 College (unittest1, unittest2). Exams can be considered easy and good scores can be managed with a single day of good study. Fees haven't changed in the last 3 years. Many scholarships and financial assistance provided by govt can be applied in college. The course is highly outdated, students have to self-study most of the important topics by themselves.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for Internships yet. You are required to have an internship in the 7th sem. Most of the students have applied for virtual internships. Most of them are unpaid and are just for certificates.
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent in college. You have to work hard to get them. which has made some companies stay clear but most are there. The Highest CTC last year was 27LPA. The rest were 3-11LPA.
Campus Life :
There is a "fest" per year, where a concert and some hackathons and tech events take place. Tickets to concerts are given to limited no of student(you have to apply to get them).There are no clubs, minimal social activities, and overall social activities are bad. The library is huge and has many books based on the curriculum. Sports event also takes place twice a year. The college is stingy about sports, the only cricket ground in the campus is off-limits for students unless they get permission from principle.

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

The college does not provide campus placement, but faculty regularly share job updates and inform students about openings. They also guide and support students for applying to jobs. After diploma, I plan to complete my degree in IT and then get a job in the IT field

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
