I never wanted this course as I had completed my Diploma in Computer Engineering but I wasted a year in looking for college with Computer or IT course. Though I didnt wanted this college or this course, the teaching staff of our department was the best I have ever came across in my life.
The college offered various on campus placement drives which brought many companies to offer the jobs but the one problem was that the companies mentioned on the poster at the entrance of the college none of the company came to the college. The average package our batch received was 350000 per annum.

All companies have different criteria for selecting students. the technical round and project rounds are held. They offer different packages for different post which varies from 2.5 lakhs to 4.5 lakhs. Almost 40 to 50 percent of students get placed in the collage itself.

Also, the staff of the IT department is very good and well educated almost every teacher has done mtech. There are exams almost every month like unit tests and prelims and midsem and endsem. The difficulty level of exams is average. Also, there are so many scholarships by the government that will help you to study without paying a high amount but that also applies only when you have a domicile of Maharashtra
The placements and job opportunities are good in our college. Companies do come to our college mainly mass recruiting companies do visit in our college. There is a separate placement cell which assures you to give more than 20 job interviews if you have good marks. Our college also promises to support startups but I don't know much about that

I don't know that much about placement and all but I heard it's quite good the average package is 3 to 5 lakh and the company who visited our college is also quite good but needs to give more packages for students.
Read Full ReviewThe course is okay, just a bit difficult. The faculty are strict and okay as well. I do get a scholarship from EBC through which I get fewer fees. The fees increase every year. Exams are every 3 or 4 months at the University level. Unit tests of college are mostly after every month.
The placement is average. Every year there are new company tie-ups. Each student at least gets 20 companies. Also from third year students get internship opportunities as well. Also many learning opportunities.
