What I Liked

What I didn’t like

Hostel mess is quite disappointing sometimes Otherwise everything here is Perfect

Placement Experience:

MBBS is quiet a descent degree in itself But I'll try for Post-graduation By appearing in Neet PG exam After MBBS we can apply for jobs in hospital but nowadays PG degree is necessary to become a successful doctor Thats what my plan is after doing MBBS from here.

Remarks:

I qualified NEET exam in 2024 with 622 marks. And got this college through Counselling procedure of Uttar Pradesh government THIS college had the highest cutoff among private medical colleges in UTTAR PRADESH and its well deserved That is why i chose this college Nice location and infrastructure too.

SMSR, the best private college in Uttar Pradesh

What I Liked

In the evenings, it gets prettier. The sky is beautiful. Students are roaming here and there,there is a big football ground in here
Infrastructure of my university is really great. There are a lot of buildings for each particular course. Like a BTech is this building and a medical college is a bit separated from all of the chaos and crowd, which is a good thing.

What I didn’t like

They do not organise fest specific for medical students
There is been a construction going on here and it. It is been like forever and it hasn’t completed, so it is mostly dusty and there is a lot of noise because of that

Placement Experience:

After passing MBBS, you have to give PG if you want to pursue higher courses, and if you want to earn more money, but if you do not want to pursue higher studies, you can apply in any hospital and based on your experience marks and your knowledge they’ll give they will give you job and will provide you around six lakh seven lakhs 10 lakhs per annum

Remarks:

The biggest factor why choose this college is because it is the top medical college in Uttar Pradesh and I live close. The only reason I am staying at hostel is because hostel is mandatory for every student. An in medical field, you need a lot of practice and experience and the patient flow of my hospital is the biggest in Uttar Pradesh and the good office is very high. It is highest of all private colleges in the state.

Life of a Medico

What I Liked

Good classroom facilities, good sports facilities
Good security in campus , good hospital infrastructure

Placement Experience:

As we are in medical stream so we don’t have a thing like placements but yes there are good pg seats in our hospital and the cut offs are really high And hence the doctors are qualified The interns and pgs are paid every month

Remarks:

A good cut-off and a good campus environment plus a very good and hygienic hostel and the most important is the thing we came for is the education given here by all the faculties are top notch and we get lots of knowledge from hospital clinics we attend during our clinical postings

The world is here where are you

What I Liked

We have a fully AC library with the most comfortable seats and end number of books for every subject
The faculty here is the best anyone can ask for. They are helpfull and very knowledgeable.

What I didn’t like

Timings of classes are very lengthy, it starts from 8 30 in the morning till 4 30 , though we get a break in between of 1 hour but when we come back from college 60% of the day is gone.
There are less food outlets in the campus though retail shops are present

Placement Experience:

We do get internship within the college campus as sharda hospital is located just besides our college. Placements are offered only when we complete our 1 year of internship. It's our choice whether we get the placement or give NEET pg exam and do our further studies.

Remarks:

The best part about the college is that it is situated in delhi ncr region. Metro station is just 7 minutes away from the campus. Unlike many colleges hostel are provided within the campus. If you have to take admission in this college you have to first give NEET exam and score minimum 530+ marks as the cutt off for this college is the highest among all the private colleges of Uttar pradesh.

Most Vibrant MBBS

What I Liked

The campus is very vibrant all the time , people from majority 3rd world countries are their
Infrastructure is also great , and faculty depends on branch stream and time .

What I didn’t like

Food and some kind of construction work is always going on throughout the year

Placement Experience:

MBBS Internship is not upto the power, it mostly consists of paper work , the faculty is excellent you will occasionally find some Harvard gust lectures and highly renowned doctors in hospital. But they switch frequently. As for placement, it works like any other MBBS college in India .

Remarks:

For MBBS you need to get it through NEET UG , for other branches you need to give their entrance test and interview, which are easily crackable , they take anyone who is ready to pay . But they also provide you with all the latest facilities and opportunities

Sharda University - The world is here

What I Liked

Campus life. Infrastructure and the fact that I can get almost everything within the campus.
The location. As it is close to Delhi, you can basically go on small trips to places around here.

What I didn’t like

The fact that us MBBS students have to attend college in this 47°C heat of Greater Noida.
The MBBS girls hostel is way too secluded.

Placement Experience:

I don't think campus placement matters in MBBS. We doctors have to fend for ourselves right after we get our degree. We have to decide between NEET PG, PLAB, and USMLE, there might be more options I don't know about and then study our asses for those exams.

Remarks:

I searched heavily on Google as non of the people in my acquaintance were in a private medical college. Admission is only through the NEET UG exam. The cut-off is around 400-450. The faculty is highly educated and they are alumni of highly reputed government colleges. The student-teacher ratio is also good. The campus is serene and clean with enough greenery.

Its a good college and it try to keep getting better

Placement Experience:

There is no such placement by the college. You have to do your internship of one year and after that you will get a degree, most of the students apply for post graduation course and they get the salary along with the study and after that their packages proximately 20,00,000

Remarks:

It has good infrastructure and it was near to my home. You have to qualify neet ug to get admission in this course and should get minimum of 510 marks to get itno this course at smsr. The hostel is compulsory fir tge entire course.

Medical life at sharda university

What I didn’t like

There is a lot of construction going on so there is dust literally everywhere.
The patient load could be a lot better in some departments

Placement Experience:

Placements are not provided to MBBS students as most of the students prepare for the PG exam after MBBS. But I've heard that some might take jobs as physicians in the hospital itself. Most of the kids prepare for PG and USMLE etc

Remarks:

There are no interviews or group discussions. You have to sit for the NEET exam and qualify for the required cutoff which changes every year. A score of 530 plus will get you a good chance to take admission. The patient load of the hospital is average but better than other private colleges. The college has a decent infrastructure too.

What I Liked

The infrastructure is good, its well built. There’s good number of grounds, so u can sit and relax, or play if you want. Its build like a society. Metro connectivity is there Knowledge park 2, Aqua line
Campus life is also decently good. You have a lot of freedom as compared to other Medical colleges, we have various gardens and playgrounds, where you can play outdoor games, like cricket, football, volleyball, or can just sit and relax. There are numerous food outlets in the campus, SUBWAY IS OPENING SOON.

What I didn’t like

There is always construction going on in some part of the campus, that is REALLY problematic for people crossing that area on regular basis. The security personnels deny entry of cabs /autos during the college hours, so you have to walk out of the campus yourself, to get the cab/auto.

Placement Experience:

In MBBS there are no campus placements, unlike other courses. However you can join Sharda Hospital if u want, and if selected.

Remarks:

I took the NEET UG exam. The admission process was pretty smooth, the initial process being online followed by physical reporting and medical checkup. In my admission year, there was a spike in the cut-off rank, going to 501 in round 1 of counseling.
