Life of an architecture student

What I Liked

Campus is quite good, far away from the noices and polution of the citylife

What I didn’t like

So away from the city life you hardly have any mode of transport

Placement Experience:

I'm currently in second year only, I have no idea about the placement or anything. But I guess there is employability if you're good at what you do, also many different skills are being taught so that various employment options are available

Internships Opportunities:

No I'm very underconfident to apply. For any but I was told it's good to get internships, though i don't know how I'll manage it all, as without an internship also my whole day and night is sucked by this course

DETAILED REVIEW OF ARCGITECTURE COLLEGE

What I Liked

The campus is fantastic., very lovely and good for students
The faculties think for the betterment of students

What I didn’t like

No dedicated area for sports difficult to play.
Less importance for cultural events in the college

Placement Experience:

There are no placements in architecture courses. Students go to internships from their end and plan to perceive architecture by working under a senior architect for at least 2-3 years and then think about their firm.

Internships Opportunities:

Not yet, opted for any internships. Students often go under the faculties for the internship. Initial days there were no paid internships, these were just to gain some knowledge in the practical world of the market.

SMEF’s BSOA, Pune Review

What I Liked

The Infrastructure and the silence in the college also the intake is minimal so the no. of students are moderate and it feels good not crowded not boring.
The curriculum activities and the functions that college brings and made us so powerful and energetic for the upcoming year.

What I didn’t like

Stationary expenses and the canteen facilities.
Don’t update the profile or Id card time to time

Placement Experience:

In our field, the people majorly go for their businesses and firms so no idea for placement or you need to research for that. The internship is required as it's a part of 5 th years in the college i.e. 9th semester which again you need to apply.

Internships Opportunities:

Not now I have no idea since I am in 3rd year and internships are not given by the college you have to make your resume and apply for the same wherever you want in India many of the firms are tied up with the college. One is of Goa and the other two are of Mumbai and Bangalore.
