The college has the best faculty as compared to other architecture colleges in Maharashtra and also ranks the college i.e. in the top 5 colleges of architecture in Maharashtra. The college achieved this ranking in just 10 years.
The course is 16 weeks for 1 semester and after this period there is assimilation week and exams which take nearly 1 month so approximately 4-5 months for 1 semester The difficulty level is moderate if you do your work from time to time and if you don’t then it will be a headache. The scholarship which avails majorly is EBC which is a yojana by the State Government of Maharashtra.
Not now I have no idea since I am in 3rd year and internships are not given by the college you have to make your resume and apply for the same wherever you want in India many of the firms are tied up with the college. One is of Goa and the other two are of Mumbai and Bangalore.
In our field, the people majorly go for their businesses and firms so no idea for placement or you need to research for that. The internship is required as it's a part of 5 th years in the college i.e. 9th semester which again you need to apply.
Infrastructure is unique after I joined the college I have seen many colleges arriving at our college for case studies. It was designed by Architect Girish Doshi Sir. The library has all the stuff that is required in Architecture till 5th year.
Hostel mess is good and also Its fee is taken different i.e. 4000 per month and if you rent for a room nearby then it depends on how many are you staying in that room. for 2 BHK its 12000-15000 and for 1 BHK its 8000-11000
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
