The University School of Open Learning Panjab University, Chandigarh offers different categories of scholarships.

Scholarship for specially-abled students: This scholarship is provided to differently-abled students for the degree, post-graduate level professional, and technical courses from recognized Indian Institutes. Under this scheme, 2500 new scholarships will be provided every year for pursuing degree and PG level courses.
