Lovely Professional University Distance Education (LPUDE) was established in 2007 and is affiliated with Lovely Professional University (LPU) and recognized by the University Grants Commission - Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB). LPUDE provides over 20 distance education programs across various fields.

LPUDE offers a diverse range of undergraduate programs. Among its offerings are the BBA, BCA, and B.Sc. IT programs, all of which require candidates to have completed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board, with each program priced at a fee of INR 81,000. Additionally, LPUDE provides a B.Com program, which also accepts candidates who have passed 10+2, available at a fee of INR 63,000. For students interested in the BA program, the eligibility requirement remains a 10+2 qualification, with a more economical fee of INR 39,000.

LPUDE offers a range of postgraduate programs that include MA, M.Com, M.Sc. IT, and MCA programs. Eligibility for these courses requires a graduate degree in relevant disciplines. The course fee structure is also accessible, with the MA program priced at INR 30,000, the M.Com program at INR 42,000, and both M.Sc. IT and MCA programs at INR 54,000 each.

LPUDE has a dedicated placement cell supporting students in career development. Since its inception, over 1,370 students have been successfully placed in diverse sectors. More than 100 companies have recruited from LPUDE, including prominent names like Wipro, Global Toyota, Videocon, HDFC Bank, LIC, and Max Life Insurance.
