There were placements before the pandemic year but after that no technical placements. And only the b2b roles that to with low packages. And academic institution were called for interview placements. No proper information about placements and no proper curriculum followed by placement officers even.

Placements was the worst part. They won't bring good companies. They won't encourage good talent. Average annual package that students will get is 250000. Even a daily wage worker can earn more than this. They won't encourage talented people.

Our college has a good placement ratio. Where for every 5 students 1 get's placed. They provide a campus recruitment training where they make as a industry ready and job ready person. Over 2000+ people placed in the last year.

The placements in Sri Venkateswara Engineering College Tirupati are nice various companies are visiting our campus through online and as well as offline . Some of the companies are Zoho Wipro msg renault

The eligibility criteria for campus placements are minimum percentage of 70 required in btech and 60 percentage in 10th and 70 percentage in intermediate. Upto now zoho and Accenture are visited this year .the students getting placed have the percentage of 80%

Eligibility criteria are so simple that there is a minimum 75% academic score, with no standing backlogs, Good technical skills, and some other skills. There are so many recruiters visiting our college. A few are Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Zoho, Accenture, etc. A minimum of 150 offers from each company are offered to the students. The highest package is about 12 lakhs. Above 70% of the students will get jobs. I plan to get a job in placements.

The college has a separate placement department and the faculty in that department are very kind and will support in every manner to get placement and the research department is where we can get an internship
