I had a keen interest in Animals since I was a child, to keep this alive I took the course Bsc.Zoology which pretty much acts like a starting point for further studies in Animals Physiology, Behaviour, Ecology,Lab Technicians, Field works, Marine Biology, Veterinary, etc. So it opens up a wide range of choices for me for further studies. The Faculties in this college are the best thing about it. The way they interact, the way they teach and the way they keep the overall decorum of the departments is very professional yet friendly and Vibrant. The qualification of the faculties are also very decent with most of them being Phd Holders and some of them are pursuing their Phds. The term exams were also held very accordingly. Internal test were held before the actual end semester exams which prepares the students for their main exams. The Level of questions also seems very valid ranging from easy to hard question overall.
The college has a Placement and counseling cell which helps the students find Jobs and internship for their respective course. The cell also offers training and awareness programs which helps the students learn soft skills and other job-related skills.
Read Full ReviewEconomics is one of the best course. It is the queen of all subjects. There is many potential. And it provides vast amount of scope for employment opportunities. The faculties are doctorares and so they are highly qualified. Semester exams are held on june and December. Mid terms are held during april and october
There are placement by banks for clerk and all. There are not much internships provided. But there are some. It's not much. Sometimes you have to pay for the internship. Sometimes you get paid. Internship are scarce.
Read Full ReviewI chose Bcom because I feel I can achieve my goal through it and the college offer me a very affordable fee and provide all kind of facilities that I require for my study the provide it's own liabery which is use.by commerce students only

Read Full ReviewFaculties were very much amazing . You won't feel the generational gap with them. They will guide you throughout not just academically but if you need any help in your personal life. Also what I found very nice about the faculties is there were not biased atall. Me being non local I never felt any discrimination.
Since it's a college affiliated under NEHU, so there's only graduation course here. But if you want to do masters you have go to NEHU for that. Only then you will get a good placement. But I had friends in other departments they were given the opportunity to sit for placement interview but again the package isn't as high as someone would get after post graduation.
Read Full ReviewI choose this course mainly because of my interest in it. It is also important for my future studies in other fields. The method of teaching here is clear and precise. The teachers are well qualified. The term exams are short
Job opportunities are very high and there are lots of displacement. Many companies have offered job to the students as their capabilities. My plan after degree is to continue my studies and do my masters .
Read Full ReviewI chose the course because I wanted to be in the field of science and it was the most promising one. The faculty needs to be renovated as most of the tools are old. Teaching was ok as few teachers and interesting and fun whilst others lacked enthusiasm making it harder to learn The exams were very difficult because they would ask us questions no one bothered to look at.
Placement is very bad as we hardly get any placements Since I graduated I've been working with my family business in the Pharma industry the only recruiters I remember seeing were for call centres and that wasn't a fruitful option
Read Full ReviewI chose the course because it is what I can study best. The faculty is moderately qualified but they do their job very well. They try their best to provide us good learning environment. The teaching method is a bit average but it is understandable and they can complete the syllabus. The exams are 3 hrs per subject and it is quite hard but if you study well it won't be.
Placements are provided but I do not have the detailed information since I am not very much interested in it. However, I have noticed that it is conducted at least 5 times a year and many students apply for it and even get through
Read Full ReviewThe reason I choose is because I’ve got really interested in Maths, Teachers in our college really struggle themselves to give us their best teaching. In a year there will be two semesters ie. two exams. Exams are really difficult. Fees for my course is 22700 per semester.
College doesn’t provide enough jobs placements. But my plan after college is to join Army through Combined Defence Service. CDS exam is conducted twice a year, percentage of getting placement is very less it is based on how you worked hard.
Read Full ReviewWell I Googled the college prospectus and the college offers many degrees for the students to choose their wants in any field they wanna pursue. Whereas I choose BSW(Bachelor of Social work)because it was really demanded in every corner across the countries and this professional course offers and produces a man-making students for the country every year. Also Bachelor of Social work is one of the most preferable course for the young Indian students to contribute to the societies.
St. Edmunds college is one of the most prestigious and well-known colleges all over northeast which produces a competitive students every now and then. Admission process is done through written test.
Read Full ReviewI chose Bcom here because the department of commerce is highly acknowledged here. The faculty is highly qualified and experienced. They give you their best knowledge. They have very smooth teaching methods and helps you with difficulties if you gace any. The term exams were held on time and with proper gaps. You get time to study. Term exams are average in difficulty level. If your are aware of the materials taught in class, you will find it less difficult. I personally have not applied for the scholarship program but with the scholarship the semester fee is approximately 18,500 INR and with the scholarship, you definitely get a good amount of discount.
Since I’m still under graduation , I don’t know much about the placements here. But my plans after my graduation is to persue MBA from a good university. But as I’ve heard from my seniors, the placements here are quite good and many of the students grab the placement opportunities that are offered here.
