The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced the APEAPCET 2025 first phase counselling schedule for admissions into B.E./B.Tech/Pharmacy courses (M.P.C. Stream). Eligible candidates can participate in web counselling from July 7 to July 19, 2025. The process includes online registration, payment of processing fee, certificate verification, web options entry, and seat allotment. Candidates must report to their allotted colleges between July 23 and July 26, 2025, while classes are set to begin from August 4, 2025.

AP EAPCET, formally known as EAMCET, is a state-level entrance exam for admission to engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses in Andhra Pradesh. AP EAPCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, on behalf of APSCHE.
The AP EAPCET exam pattern consists of 160 MCQs you must answer in 3 hours. AP EAPCET question paper will have three sections: Mathematics (with 80 questions), Physics (with 40 questions), and Chemistry (with 40 questions).

The weightage system for ranking students in the AP EAPCET exam depends on two factors, i.e., the score in the EAPCET exam and the candidate’s Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) marks.
Yes, the IPE marks will be added to the EAPCET 2025 exam ranking. The final rank will be determined by adding both the aspects of the AP EAPCET exam and the Class 12th board exam score.
