JNTU Kakinada has announced the AP EAMCET 2025 results on June 8, 2025, through the official website — cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the AP EAMCET 2025 exam can now download their scorecards using their registration number, hall ticket number (Admit Card), and date of birth.

This year, a total of 3,62,429 candidates registered for AP EAPCET 2025. Among them, 2,64,840 appeared for the Engineering stream and 75,460 for the Agriculture & Pharmacy streams. Out of these, 1.89 lakh candidates qualified in the Engineering stream, while 67,761 candidates cleared the Agriculture & Pharmacy streams.

The qualifying marks for AP EAMCET 2025 vary by category:

• General Category: 45%

• OBC Category: 40%

• SC/ST Categories: 35%

The AP EAMCET 2025 cutoff will be released separately in terms of opening and closing ranks. These cutoffs will differ category-wise and college-wise.

How is Ranking done in AP EAMCET 2025? 

• In determining the overall AP EAMCET rank list, the authorities will give 100% weightage to the normalised score secured in the exam.
• Earlier, 75% weightage was given to AP EAMCET marks (normalised) and 25% to 10+2 marks.

SMS is (Average + Standard Deviation) of the session in which the candidate belongs to

GMS is (Average + Standard Deviation) of all the candidates across all sessions together

Top Average Session is Average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the session in which the candidate belongs to

Top Average Global is Average marks of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all sessions together

Tie Breaking Rule in AP EAMCET Result 2025 

In order to break a tie, the following preference order would be followed: 

• Marks scored in Mathematics 
• Marks scored in Physics 
• Higher percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination 
• If the tie still holds, the one who is older in age will be given preference.
