AP LAWCET 2025 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for AP LAWCET are different for both 3 years Law program and 5 years Law program. Therefore, candidates must ensure they fulfill all the criteria for the program they want to apply to. Here are the eligibility criteria for both types of programs.
Eligibility Criteria for 3 Years Law Program
- In order to be eligible for a 3 year Law course, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university/ board.
- Candidates appearing for their final semester are also eligible to appear for the exam.
- Candidates must score at least 45% marks to apply for the exam. For SC/ ST candidates, there is a marks relaxation of 5% while OBC candidates have a relaxation of 3% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for 5 Years Law Program
- Candidates must have completed their 10 + 2 or any equivalent diploma course from any recognized board/ university.
- Candidates appearing in their final examination are also allowed to apply for the exam.
- General category students must have the least score of 45% marks, whereas for OBC candidates the marks requirement is 42% and 40% for SC/ ST candidates.

The conducting authority will first release the AP LAWCET 2025 preliminary answer key on June 06, 2025. Candidates can download the answer key in pdf format from the official website of APSCHE.
