JNUEE 2025 exam (Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination) is a university-level entrance exam by JNU. JNUEE 2025 application form is expected to be released in February 2025. The notification for the same will be announced online on its official website.

This entrance exam is a critical step for the candidates aspiring to join various UG/PG, M.Phil., postgraduates diploma, advanced diploma and Ph. D programs offered by JNU. Only the candidates who qualified JNUEE exam 2025 will be eligible for JNUEE 2025 Counselling. The counselling procedure will be organized in offline mode. It will include various steps such as verification of documents, payment of admission fee, registration, etc. After the verification of all the documents by the college and payment of admission fees, admission will be given to the candidates in JNU.

Other than JNUEE exam scores, JNU also accepts the scores of other national entrance examinations, such as CAT/ JEE Main/ NEET, etc.

JNUEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

JNU offers admission to 22 courses based on JNUEE exam scores. The JNUEE 2025 eligibility criteria for various UG/PG courses offered by the university are:

Course Eligibility
For B.A. (Hons) 1st year:
  • Candidates must have passed the 12th-level exam or its equivalent from any recognized board.
  • Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • His/Her age must be 17 years as of 1st October 2024. No age limit is prescribed for any other program.
  • Candidates appearing in their final examination in the year 2024 are also eligible.
For M.Tech. (Statistical Computing):
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree holders in the required stream 
  • Master’s degree should be in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational research, or any other science branch.
  • Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
For MA Program:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
For MBA:
  • Bachelor’s degree (3 years) or its equivalent degree recognized by a university/ institution.
  • Must have obtained 50% marks for General /OBC/ EWS (45% for ST/ SC/ PWD).
  • A valid scorecard of CAT conducted by IIMs.

JNUEE 2025 Application Process

JNUEE 2025 application process for UG/ PG can be done online only. Candidates planning for admission into the courses offered by JNU are required to register first. JNUEE registration will begin in the fourth week of December 2024 and end by the first week of February 2025.

JNUEE 2025 Admit Card

The JNUEE 2025 admit card will be released a few weeks before the exam. It will include candidates’s details, such as name, time, address, roll number, exam date, exam centre reporting time, and other test-related instructions. Note that, the administration will not send the JNUEE 2025 admit card via post or any other offline manner. It will be released online.
