Karnataka PGCET 2019 exam was conducted on July 20th and 21st, 2019 by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). As per the student’s feedback, the question paper's difficulty level was moderate to difficult. Karnataka PGCET examination format consisted of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The paper was structured into two sections: Part A and Part B, collectively carrying a total of 100 marks. Candidates were allotted 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) to complete the exam. However, it's worth noting that the specific exam pattern differed across various courses, adapting to the unique requirements of each program.

Karnataka PGCET Question Paper for M.E., M.Tech., and M.Arch. had two sections. One was part A, and another was part B. In Part A, there were 50 questions for 50 marks. In Part B, there were 50 marks for 25 questions. In the MBA question paper, Part A consists of 50 questions for 50 marks, and Part B consists of 50 questions for 50 marks. In MCA, Part A had 60 questions worth 60 marks, while Part B had 20 questions worth a total of 40 marks.
