- Candidates must carefully study all of the instructions provided on the OMR answer sheet before tackling the question paper. Candidates can learn how the questions were answered by reading the exam guidelines.
- Candidates must correctly input the Version Code and Serial Number of the question booklet on the Nominal Roll.
- After finishing the test and before turning in their answers, candidates must sign completely and leave their left thumb impression in the space provided at the bottom of the OMR answer sheet.
- On the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet, candidates must mark the appropriate choices.
- Textual or non-textual books, mechanical charts, tables, cell phones, and programmable technological aids are prohibited from being brought into the exam room.
- During the exam, candidates must have both their ID card and admission card on hand. Without these, they won't be able to enter the exam room.
