What's New In OUAT 2025?
The OUAT 2025 Result has been officially declared today, July 5, 2025, on the university’s official website. Candidates who appeared for the OUAT Entrance Exam 2025 can now log in to the portal to view their scores and download the rank card. Conducted by the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), this entrance exam is held for admission to undergraduate and allied science programs offered by the university. The official website will also publish the percentile scorecard, detailing both percentile scores and subject-wise marks.
The OUAT university will now release the entrance exam scores in percentiles, followed by the rank list and the OUAT counselling schedule. The OUAT 2025 Counselling will start from August 4, 2025.

OUAT 2025 counselling process is conducted in a specified venue following the release of the test results. There will be an established merit list for the counselling process. The candidate's scores in the admission exam would be used to create the merit list. The required scanned papers must be submitted by candidates for the counselling procedure. Candidates will be given seats according to their preferences, the number of seats available, the merit list, and the category.
For MSc courses (Agriculture and Allied Sciences), the OUAT 2025 counselling is expected to be held in September 2025. Documents Required for OUAT 2025 Counselling

OUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The full eligibility requirements for the OUAT 2025 Test are listed below:
General Eligibility:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Age Limit: The minimum age limit for candidates is 17 years as of 31st December 2025.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) from a recognized board or council.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/PH candidates) in aggregate in the 10+2 examination.
- Domicile: For admission to certain courses, candidates must be permanent residents of Odisha.

OUAT 2025 Admit Card
OUAT 2025 Admit Card are available for candidates to download from June 12, 202. Each enrolled candidate will receive an individual admit card from the authority via online mode. For UG and PG Courses.
No applicant will be permitted to take the exam unless they have a valid admit card, so having the admit card on hand on the day of the exam is crucial.

OUAT 2025 Merit List
The Orissa university will compile a category-by-category merit list and an OUAT 2025 common merit list based on weightage scores. The OUAT 2025 merit list and a rank card will tentatively be published in the fourth week of June 2025. On the OUAT 2025 merit list, the applicant's name will be listed together with the applicant's overall rank and OUAT exam roll number. Only the university's official website will host the OUAT 2025 merit list. OUAT 2025 Tie-Breaking
In the event that two applicants receive the same merit score, the following procedures will be used to break the tie: Those who scored higher on the OUAT entrance exam and then received the highest proportion of postgraduate marks will be ranked higher.
If there is still a tie, the percentage of marks earned at graduation or its equivalent shall be taken into account. In the event that a tie still exists, class XII or comparable marks will be taken into account.
