I had a keen interest in engineering. And among other branches the branch that fascinats me the most is chemicals. Also I brother was a graduate from the same college and the same branch. He has been placed in a most renowned place in the placement. He also influenced me to get a seat in the college. The teachers are mostly friendly but not as friendly in other institutions. They are mostly Phd holder or continuers. after experience most of them become assistant professor. The teaching method in my branch is quite good. Faculties are interactive and supporting. The questions fall in the exam are discussed in the college . Securing a good mark in the exam is quite easy. We have to totally give 8 semesters. Out of which the difficulty level of the odd semesters are little more and the even semesters are quite easy.

Course curriculum is little old, new technologies are being implemented now after 2023. Teachers are very friendly and supportive in all cases studies and personal problems. If you get in the good books of faculties or are any position of responding then the college life becomes much easier at igit

The exams are really easy. You can easily score in them. In the first year you will have a batch size of 120 students, but from 2nd year onwards you will be sitting with your branch mates itself and you will have 80 students in your class. Here the seniors are kind off worshiped. So you have to be careful from them. Unlike any college you have to study on your own. Teachers are supportive you can ask them about anything.

Faculty are good some faculty are not good because of there behaviour but overall it is good I will give 7 stars out of 10 some are good but some are not good because of there cheap mindset but overall it is good

Cources curriculum is average. But the accademic needs some better improvement.and the faculties are very friendly and supportive. All the faculties have high qualification such as Mtech in IITs and NITs

Curriculum was outdated and not relevant to the industry requirement. Facilities are good and helping nature. They help everything that they can do for students. The academic section is also good and helping nature.

I chose this course because I was really interested in the computer science and want to go ahead in my career in this line only. The qualification of faculties are M Tech from reputed IITs and rest from other Engineering colleges. There are 2 internal exams before the Final semester exam in each semester and the difficulty level of all exams are medium

Currently I'm pursuing Btech in Chemical Engineering. I'm a 2nd year student here. According to me my course is well balanced. It's not difficult but it's vast. I chose chemical engineering to be present in every field of engineering as chemical engineering is required everywhere to manufacture almost everything. Coming to my department, the labs are well maintained and full of equipment. The mechanical operations lab is under setup and will be completed soon. All the respected faculties in our department are from prestigious institutions. Many faculties have Masters from IITs and NITs. Thier teaching method is easy to understand. The doubts are instantly solved. They teach through DG boards and PDFs. All questions, books, papers everything is available at library too. Faculties are cooperative. One-year divided into 2 main semester papers and 4 internals. The internals are easy to crack but the semesters require some early practice.

Good infrastructure: Some say the college has good labs, a library, and infrastructure. Good curriculum: Some say the curriculum is industry-aligned. Everything is fine and also matches excellent standards Whether it be theoretical or it be practical(labs). Vocabulary and fluency of the faculty members are excellent students too are quite good in English,Hindi,Odia.....
