OJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
OJEE eligibility criteria vary for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The minimum eligibility to use for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs is:
- The applicant must have completed Class 12 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board to use for undergraduate courses
- The applicant must hold a diploma or baccalaureate from a relevant stream to use for lateral entry courses
- The applicant must be a graduate in any relevant discipline from a recognized university

OJEE 2025 Registration
Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board has started the OJEE 2025 registration process from January 30, 2025. The last date to register has been extended till March 25, 2025. You can fill out the application form online only from ojee.nic.in.
How to fill the OJEE Application form?
- Visit the official website ojee.nic.in
- Go to “Registration for OJEE 2025” link.
- Click on ‘New Registration’, undergo the application process details, and click on ‘Click Here to Proceed’.
- Fill in your personal and get in touch with details, set the password, and enter the OTP. After this click on ‘Submit’.

The syllabus recommended by the authority is going to be in line with the courses of studies in the Science stream for the 12th level Board of CHSE, Odisha.

OJEE 2025 Counselling
OJEE Counselling will be conducted online mode. Only those Applicants who will be shortlisted within the merit list will be eligible for participation in the counselling process. Candidates have to pay INR 450 as counselling fees. Candidates who will accept the allotted seat have to confirm the admission process by paying the university fees. The university fees for general category is INR 10,000 and for the reserved category is INR 5,000. The OJEE Counselling process is as follows
- Registration: Candidates must register for counselling on the official website of OJEE by filling their, Personal, Educational and other required details. Candidate is required to make a password. Using it they will be able to login to their account and do Choice Filling.
- Online Payment of Counselling Fees: After successful registration, candidate must pay the registration fee of Rs.450. this amount is non-refundable and its payment confirms candidate’s OJEE Counelling Registration.
- Choice Filling: Successfully registered candidates will be able to do choice filling. Candidates can fill in their choice of preference of college and courses. The changes in preference can be made before Choice Locking. Once the preference is locked, no further changes can be made.
- Seat Allotment: After Mock Allotment, candidates will be allotted final seats for each round. Seat Allotment will be done according to the rank candidate has secured in the exam. If a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotted, they can exercise the option of Freeze/ Float for further Upgradation.
- Seat Confirmation Fees: Once seat has been allotted, candidate must pay the seat acceptance fee through the online portal. The fee for General category is Rs.10,000 and for SC/ ST/ PC it is Rs.5,000.
- Document Verification: The documents uploaded by the candidate will be verified online. If any discrepancy is found candidate will be intimated via Email and SMS.
