Regional College of Management or RCM, Bhubaneswar was established in 1982. It is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. It is recognized by the UGC and AICTE and approved by the NBA and NAAC. It offers PGDM, MA, MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA. RCM Ranking by The Week was 79th out of 193 management colleges in 2023.

RCM Bhubaneswar offers MBA as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized university. The final selection will be based on the OJEE, MAT, CAT, XAT, or CMAT scores. RCM fees for an MBA is INR 3.70 lakhs.

RCM Placements 2024 concluded with a 92% placement rate. Over 100 companies visited the campus for recruitment. The top 10% of the average CTC was INR 12.88 LPA and the top 20% average CTC was INR 10.25 LPA. Some of the recruiters were Oppo, Deloitte, Shyam Steel, Aurassure, etc.
