Since its founding twenty years ago, the Globsyn Business School has evolved piece by piece. While many of the first-year students were drawn to the school by Mr Dasgupta's fame and reputation, the institute has almost always operated on the principle of bringing its students the finest chances and experiences. In fact, the institute didn't accept accreditation for the first nine years, relying instead on its top-notch curriculum and job placements to attract students.

Currently, the institute is recognised as a leader in the field of management studies, notably in Eastern India. According to the founder's principles, the institute places a focus on fostering abilities and skills that transcend "Beyond Education." According to Mr Dasgupta, a manager must be first and foremost a responsible, decent person who can offer assistance whenever and wherever it is required.
